30/12/2025: We entered, drawn by the menu displayed outside, initially for an aperitif, with the idea of ​​eventually staying for dinner. We ordered panzerottini and meatballs, which weren't bad. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the two Aperol Spritzes, poorly prepared and with an unpleasant sweetness. When we pointed this out, the waiter replied that "that's how they make Spritzes," showing no willingness to offer a solution. We weren't asked if we wanted them remade or if we preferred an alternative. After this episode, we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. On a positive note: the €22 total at the register was rounded up by €2, a gesture we appreciated and which led us to upgrade our rating to 3 stars.

22/01/2026: I can confirm that for years they have been the best mozzarellas, maintaining their flavor unaltered. The best dairy in existence. By the way, despite being lactose intolerant, the cheeses and mozzarellas I've tasted and eaten have never given me any discomfort or intestinal problems. 👍 Try it and believe it.

26/10/2025: This family operated restaurant was a real find for us for our last night in Ostuni. The appetizer along with very hot bread was amazing. Our Pasta Dishes came out hot and tasty. The bottle of red vinegar was a stand out and the local lemon cello finished off a perfect evening! The price for dinner was less than many less memorable meals we’ve had. Give this place a try and enjoy!

08/03/2026: It doesn't seem fair to me that I have to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes (timed) for a sandwich. I could only overlook it if it were a restaurant, but it's unacceptable for a pub when out of 8 people, only three of us ordered (we had a sandwich, everyone else had appetizers). Besides this incident that happened two weeks ago (among other things, we had bothered the poor waiters several times asking), they always take about 35 minutes. And I'm not just saying this, but I've been going there occasionally since I was 15 (celebrating my birthday there) and now I'm 20.

The menu featured practically all frozen products, with each dish always having two asterisks—absurd for a seaside seafood restaurant. And the dishes themselves confirmed the mediocrity of the place. The cake table, located in a stunning corner of the villa, was set with a refinement that exceeded all expectations. Mr. Enzo, the restaurant manager, was exceptional: a discreet yet constant presence, capable of combining friendliness and professionalism with a rare naturalness. Always ready to listen, advise, and resolve every detail with kindness and practicality. It's thanks to him that everything flowed so smoothly and with such ease that made the evening truly special. The food was amazing from start to finish. The appetizers were rich and well-balanced: a mix of cured meats, select cheeses, rice, potatoes, and mussels, veal with tuna sauce, and many other delicacies that immediately elevated the dinner. The first courses were all excellent, but the cicatielli allo scoglio stole the show: fresh pasta cooked al dente, topped with a sea of ​​fresh seafood and a fragrant, enveloping sauce. The second courses were equally impressive: beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, authentic flavors, and generous portions. A heartfelt thank you goes to Anna, the chef, who with expert hands and a passionate heart transformed every dish into an experience. Her cuisine speaks of tradition, love for the local area, and attention to detail. And a big round of applause also goes to all the rest of the staff, always kind, smiling, and helpful. 08/02/2026: My partner and I went there for lunch on Sunday. We sat down and noticed that the tablecloth was dirty and there were crumbs under the table. We pointed this out to the waitress who promptly changed it. As for the food, the first courses were good, but the pasticciata and the erba cotta were rather bland and flavorless. The bill, in our opinion, was a little above average. Honestly, we were a little disappointed.
