14/01/2025: Spectacular, beautiful, spotless hotel with a varied and abundant breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return.

Tutto questo servito da un ricciolino altezzoso e poco cordiale che se la crede, pensano di stare in piazza San Marco a Venezia, invece sono un barretto all'angolo di un semaforo nel paesino Fasano. Imparate a offrire qualità e professionalità, illusi e presuntuosi.

28/05/2025: Posto sul mare, molto bello, pulito, bagni ben tenuti, puliti e profumati. Personale di sala garbato, lista dei vini soddisfacente.Qualche appunto: il vino rosato ordinato era caldo, poi il cameriere ha aggiunto nel cestello del ghiaccio ,sale e aqua per refrigerare, ed è migliorato. I primi erano buoni, ottimo il risotto. I secondi maluccio: i gamberi al sale immangiabili perché il sale non si era compattato in crosta, o perché non è stato usato il bianco d'uovo o è stata usata molta acqua nel composto , per cui c'era una grande quantità di sale sparsa nel piatto. Avevamo ordinato del pesce spada con capperi ed olive e ci è stato portato un altro secondo; alle nostra rimostranza ci è stato sostituito con pesce spada gigliato...la frittura era buona, solo un po' monocorde, costituita da merluzzetti, probabilmente perché pescato fresco . Conto corretto.

04/05/2025: Hermoso restaurante en el Hotel La Sommita. La presentación, el sabor, la atención al detalle, etc de la comida fue súper. Igualmente impresionante fue el nivel de servicio. Nos hicieron creer que este restaurante solo tenía un menú degustación, pero ciertamente no es el caso. No te puedes perder cerca de la cima de Ostuni

18/05/2025: Simple, quality food at great prices, service was top notch! We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children, we visited this restaurant twice as we loved it so much the first time. The pasta with prawns and zucchini was my personal favourite. The diabolika and napoli pizzas were fantastic, too! Parking outside if you're lucky otherwise 2-3 min walk which is lovely of an evening. Would 100% return if I was in this area again. At the time of this review, the overall rating is 4.3. I believe it should be at least 4.6 at the very least. Pasta at the time was €8 and pizza €6.50 - €8

26/04/2025: The place could be used differently, creating an exclusive environment because the small outdoor area would allow it. Instead it is full of teenagers, many, probably, not even of age. All squashed together like canned sardines. They make music but no one dances. The closed part is a corridor along which the well-equipped bar counter extends. However, the quality of the cocktails is not high. The place really has potential but probably being in a provincial town it is satisfied with what it has. The staff is friendly, including the bouncers, the barmaid who served me a drink was prepared, a real acrobatic bartender, perhaps wasted on the environment. I didn't like it much because I'm off target but overall it's not bad.

Pranzo ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: piatti gustosi, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e curati nei dettagli. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Un’esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente e che sicuramente ripeteremo! Consigliatissimo ! A presto

21/05/2025: Simply spectacular! Excellent welcome, waiting times between one dish and another were just right. Dishes of classic Apulian cuisine but made even more special and tasty by the chef. An experience to absolutely repeat! Highly recommended!!!
