Il proprietario ci tiene a spiegare gli ingredienti di quello che ti propone e di cui...dispone, perché è a menù fisso. Il commensale può solo dire basta: sono sodisfatto. Siamo usciti molto soddisfatti dalla ricercatezza e prelibatezza di piatti antichi, non convenzionali. Ingredienti molto genuini. Tutto buono ma le patate al tartufo mi hanno stupito favorevolmente.
