12/03/2024: Rustic but pleasant environment, there is also a fireplace.
The cured meats and meats, all strictly from the farm, are excellent, even if only pork or wild boar.
Recommended for lovers of this type of meat.
The cheeses are also good.

03/11/2023: Ciriè is a good "fish" restaurant in the center of Torre Canne, in my opinion excellent value for money. Genuine food, well presented. Fast and efficient service. The house appetizer is good with small courses of the Apulian tradition combined with courses of a more modern concept. Very friendly staff even though we took too long at dinner. Highly recommended. Well done to the whole Team.

18/03/2024: They have vegan croissants with 2-3 different flavours. Better to go earlier in the day as the croissants would be fresher and crispier. We went again in the afternoon and the croissants were not as good.

02/04/2024: A pleasant discovery, we were passing through on Easter Monday and decided to have lunch in this restaurant... What can I say, even though the place was full, we ate very well, a note of merit for the very organized and friendly staff.
Definitely worth trying again!

06/01/2024: Great atmosphere when you can sit outside, not really anywhere to comfortably sit inside downstairs. Upstairs there are two rooms but unfortunately they are utterly charmless. When the owner is in a good mood she can be very welcoming and fun, try not to get her on a bad day! I love the plain cheese cake, in general a great place for a sweet breakfast with amazing views over the Itria valley (valle d’Itria). Tends to get crowded in the later morning when the tourists and expats get out of their beds.

Aperol Spritz for 6 euros. A large glass, quite a lot of alcohol. They don't serve snacks, but they didn't count the coperto either.
