23/12/2025: A traditional delicatessen with tables where you can enjoy the delicacies from the counter and the kitchen; the latter are prepared with passion and skill. Everyone is friendly and attentive to their customers.

22/12/2025: Excellent delicatessen, tasty sandwiches, fresh and excellent ingredients, many of which are strictly local, zero-mile. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: We came Don Angus by surprise when looking for a last minute dinner. It surprised us in the best way possible by the excellent grilled steak, chicken and sausage which you get to select yourself and chose how you want the streak cooked via a conversation with the chef when you enter. The food was excellent and great value. We had the house red wine which was by far the best we had during our 6 day holiday to Puglia. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Many thanks for a beautiful meal for me, my wife and two daughters.

08/04/2026: We were there last night and it's simply heaven on earth for meat lovers. We ordered shashlik skewers and it was fantastic. I loved the concept of choosing your meat from the refrigerated display and then adding the side dishes at your table. The charismatic owner, who's behind the counter himself, makes it even better. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: Probably the best place to eat in Fasano, cozy interior, very good food and wine selection, impeccable service. We were lucky enough to be seated in a small romantic wine room with a table for 2, with all the wines around us.

21/02/2026: I made the reservation online and went with friends, and I have to say we were really satisfied. We had both the burger, which was served with salad and very good cherry tomatoes, and the burger sandwich, which according to those who tasted it was also very good. We also had the meatballs, but these were a bit salty, but that can happen. We also enjoyed the beer. The service was quick, the staff was kind and polite, and the owner was friendly and patient. The atmosphere was very nice and clean, with nice people, good music, and the volume was not at all annoying, so we could converse without any problems. The prices were affordable and fair considering the quality of the food is excellent. What can I say... We'll definitely be back often!

01/05/2026: The sandwiches are delicious. I'm a big eater, but it's hard to eat a healthy one. The guys are polite, but the table service is a little slow, but the wait doesn't matter; it's part of going out with friends. I like the place, it's beautiful, but parking in the area is a bit difficult. The only downside is that I didn't like the lemon sorbet; it was very runny, so I wouldn't eat it again. Sandwiches range between €10 and €14. That said, I recommend it, and I'll be back.

22/03/2026: There are experiences that define your day, others your stay, and some your life. Palombara belongs to this last category. Everything about it is memorable: - the quality of the service - the kindness and warm energy of the staff - the beauty of the setting - the quality of the restaurant - the spa, perfectly equipped and nestled in a magnificent setting that blends seamlessly with the rest of the property. Finally, what stands out most is that everything is done to make you feel at home, and they succeed. Once settled in, it becomes very difficult to leave the Masseria. We had to resign ourselves to it, with a heavy heart.

22/03/2026: Masseria Palombara is heaven in Puglia. We stayed there in March 26, the weather was rainy and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to settle down for a few days. The staff is incredibly warm and thoughtful and the place is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design, wether of the room or of communal spaces, is full of taste, largely done with second hand furnitures yet feeling modern, with a perfectly well managed lighting and fireplaces everywhere (even in the spa!) crackling from early morning to late at night. I loved that the room didn’t have a TV, it felt very relaxing. The gardens are also beautiful (and must be quite something in the summer). The spa is well equipped and beautifully integrated in the facilities. It’s truly a place where you can spend time and relax. I loved the breakfast (not another buffet, at last!), and we didn’t bother have diner anywhere else because the evening menu is just as delicious. It was hard to leave, we’ve been gone for a few hours and miss it already. I hope that you’ll have a lovely stay there.

17/04/2026: We've been there twice already, and it's always been excellent. The service is always very friendly and attentive; we felt as welcome as if we were visiting good friends. The food, wine, beer, and grappa were all very good. We were even given a complimentary dessert—it couldn't be better! A real insider tip in Brindisi.

09/04/2026: A welcoming place, excellent food, and local wines that remind you of Puglia. Michele, the owner, and his son Vanni are truly special people. They welcome you in the best possible way and make you feel at home.

07/04/2026: We returned yesterday for lunch on Easter Monday. Always beautiful and tidy, and the owner was very kind and welcoming. But one major flaw: there were four dogs inside, one of which was barking constantly and causing a huge nuisance. Lots of people nearby complained. I understand the dog owners' rudeness, but out of respect for the other guests, it would be enough to deny entry. This is just my advice. Excellent service. Great food, but we didn't feel as comfortable as this lovely restaurant deserves.
