Nice place. Good food although the portions are on the smaller size.

A meal in the beautiful little street, a remarkably delicious dish served by a very pleasant lady who remained smiling despite the heat and the number of steps she had already taken.

Enchanting and suggestive place, we ate in the street, the service was excellent and the staff was polite and helpful.

We stopped here tonight by chance and we really ate well and spent the right amount of money. Excellent service from the staff. I recommend this place.

A lovely place on a very quaint little street in the city. The food is traditional and very good. It doesn't deserve five stars because I was disappointed, as a native of Puglia and a local, by the decidedly modest portions of the fried seafood and the fresh cheese appetizer. I asked if it was really for two people because it didn't seem possible.

I'm preparing a long review because the reviews are a treasure trove. It's tucked away in a small, secluded alley that you'll find Ostuni's hidden gem. No English spoken, it's pure Italian, but damn, is it ever good. To start, we didn't order any antipasti. So, no opinion on that (even though I have no doubt about the talent of this place). If you're hungry, go for the pizzas, which are very good (thin crust but quality ingredients). I made a bold choice; I love pesto, and in my opinion, 80% of commercial pesto pizzas have just too much pesto. It's sickening, but here I ordered the parmesan cream with the pesto. The balance was perfect, it was incredible. My wife ordered orecchiette with shrimp; the portion size was gourmet, but the quality was amazing. These women really know what they're doing in the kitchen; there's so much love in their cooking. Then, let's finish with dessert. We first ordered the pistachio and chocolate soufflés (at the top of the menu). And a second time because we were so impressed and wanted more. I don't usually like pistachio, but after this dessert, I understand pistachio. Thank you, ladies, for this meal; I'm in love with your cooking. As for the price, we don't worry about it when we're enjoying ourselves like this, but to be precise: - Starters: minimum €15 on average. - Pizza: €10-20 and the first pastis: €20-30. - Desserts: €5-9 (€9 for the soufflé). - No set menu. Don't miss out on gems like this. The reviews about the service might be a bit off-putting; it was perhaps a little slow to receive the food (15-20 minutes), but it's made with love and entirely homemade. It can take time. As for communication, the waitress was lovely and understanding, and with translation apps, you can do pretty much anything these days. It's up to you to adapt if you want to experience authentic Italy. (I'd already taken the picture, sorry, I couldn't resist).
