The Fork 10
The raw seafood dish was the best thing in the restaurant. The rest could really be improved. It took them an hour to serve us. The pasta lacked cooking. The fish carpaccio was frozen. Not worth the price-quality

Local located next to one of the access doors to the historic center of Oria and found thanks to TheFork. The food is very good, you can choose between both land and sea dishes, cooked in a traditional way or with more modern variations, but always well prepared. We ended our lunch with an excellent decomposed cannoli, just the waiting time for a midweek lunch.

We celebrated the 50th anniversary of my in-laws (and not only) here, only quality and friendliness!! A success!! Number one of the few restaurants in Oria where you can eat seriously, and also excellent for gluten-free! Highly recommended!!

A volte, abbiamo le cose belle a due passi e non lo sappiamo. Un bel pranzo in famiglia, allietato da una cucina squisita, con il giusto connubio tra tradizione ed innovazione. Materie prime eccellenti, preparate in maniera sapiente e servite con garbo e gentilezza. La sala è accogliente ed elegante, ottima carta dei vini, accoglienza perfetta. Ci torneremo!

We are here on holiday so wanted to take our family out before going home. The food and service here today was spectacular. We had an assortment of fish starters which were beautifully presented and very tasty. Two of our party followed this with egg with Tartufo which they both enjoyed. Our main course was Orata/ Dentice portioned and served at the table. We then enjoyed a selection of desserts made in house, all were amazing. A thoroughly enjoyable lunch with fantastic food and service. We recommend you visit here, we shall definitely be returning when we visit next year.

If I return to Cisternino I will stop to eat at their place again.. Congratulations for the freshness and goodness of the food.
