16/06/2025: We took part in the tour of the magnificent olive grove with a visit to the oil mills and oil tasting. Highly recommended experience in a wonderful and well-kept masseria. All the experience and love for the territory and the centuries-old olive trees shines through. Top products.

17/05/2025: Siamo stati alla masseria per visitare il frantoio, acquistare olio ed mangiare a pranzo un lunedi sul cammino di ritorno di un viaggio in Puglia. 1) visita in coppia, in lingua italiana, della masseria e frantoio : esageratamente caro per il tempo di una mezz ora. Prova di olio senza niente (pane....), il tutto per 20€ a persona. Vergognoso! 2) Dopo avere comprato olio spedito da un spedizionere, ho dovuto richiamare per solecitare la spedizione. Il pacco stranamente partiva il giorno della mia telefonata di rilancio. Strano! L'olio è arrivato e confermo è buonissimo. 3) Aggiungo, abbiamo mangiato benissimo a pranzo. Cucina inventiva, bravo il cuoco!

10/08/2025: A restaurant in the heart of the small community of San Michele Salentino... a seafood restaurant that's always top-notch. I always return and try something new every time. A culinary experience worth living. The owner, Amauri, is always friendly and even caters to us with dishes that aren't on the menu.

23/07/2025: Locale grazioso e cibo buono anche se senza punti di eccellenza. Note negative il fatto che il cameriere ha ordinato i secondi senza consultarci ed il conto è stato , sia pur di non molto, superiore a quanto sarebbe stato giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

La qualità degli ingredienti e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono ogni portata, sia di pesce che di carne, un’esperienza eccellente. Carlo è un vero artista gastronomico, capace di coniugare tradizione e innovazione con grande equilibrio. Il personale cortese e professionale completa l’esperienza in un locale spazioso, pulito e accogliente. A tutti gli effetti, Carlo può essere considerato l’“Antonino Cannavacciuolo di Brindisi”.

21/05/2025: Don't be fooled by the ordinary appearance of the place when you are outside on the street. Step in and experience the warm and welcoming staff and the tastiest panzerotto. The place seems to be favoured by the locals and no wonder why. It become our new favourite spot in Cisternino.

17/08/2025: I've been coming to Salento on vacation for a long time, and I always stop by to eat their delicious roast potatoes with excellent accompaniments. The waiters are polite and good. I also really like the location.

17/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the location; it's cute and informal, but this place, even though it's desolate, has its charm. The meat is very good, and the prices are average for the quantity and quality. The only flaw is the €13 grilled meat, which is paltry in its composition. It's listed as weighing about 400 grams. The capocollo, which wasn't there, must have been a maximum of 150 grams cooked and compensated for by adding a mini-bombetta and a sausage. I'd recommend revising it and making it more substantial. As for the side dishes, the quality/price ratio is exceptional.

15/08/2025: I'm a meat lover, so I wasn't familiar with this place. It was a great surprise. I like the location, it's pleasant. The staff is very friendly, and the food is divine. Finally, a place with zero food miles. The only downside? They'll close in August and reopen in October. I think they could definitely stay open until the end of September. A place worth trying, highly recommended.

21/08/2025: It may have been a bad night, but today you really messed up. Interminable wait, insufficient air conditioning, food arriving in installments. Gentlemen, this is a resounding failure. !!!!!

19/08/2025: I was looking for a quick bite to eat after disembarking the ferry and read some reviews of this pizzeria, so I decided to stop in. The terrace was full, but there was a table for me. Unfortunately, there was only one waitress, and she wasn't particularly friendly, for so many tables, so everything was a bit slow. The fried food was cold and hadn't been defrosted properly. The pizza was very mediocre. I haven't tried the restaurant, but maybe that one is good!

05/03/2025: Yesterday, on our first trip to Carovigno, we discovered Pizzeria Peter Pan for lunch. The pizza and puccia were delicious, truly delicious. And we enjoyed Teo's warm hospitality; very welcoming. We'll definitely be back to enjoy both the food AND Teo!
