01/04/2025: Welcomed by a very kind and elegant Mr. Pietro, I think the owner, despite the late hour, I immediately appreciated the vastness, the brightness and the discretion of the interiors perhaps too much: a greater "personality" could also be attempted but with the risk of ruining the elegance of the current simplicity of the premises. The structure is beautiful, modern and well-kept even on the outside. But I found the highest excellence in the quality, flavor and preparation of the dishes. Delicate but precise flavors, distinctive of high attention in the choice of raw materials and their combination in every recipe, whether traditional or modern! Definitely coming back soon! ........is it possible that every course and dish on the menu is so exceptional?......I have to find out!!! 😄🤣 My compliments!!! 👍

26/01/2025: A place where the food is delicious. They have a menu full of dishes, lots of pizzas, thin as I like them. I was in the company of friends, and I was attracted by the goodness of the dishes. Definitely better during the week, with fewer people.

30/03/2025: siamo andati in questo umile ristorante “IL BUCO” a prenderci un semplice gelato, siamo stati molto educati e pazienti con i personali del locale perché siamo delle persone garbate ed educate a differenza loro! ci siamo seduti ai tavoli come TUTTE le altre persone che stavano in quel locale, quando ad una cerca notiamo che le cameriere ci stavano letteralmente squadrando e parlando tra di loro con le seguenti parole “questi mo si devono alzare di qua! falli alzare” ecc e hanno aggiunto “non hanno pagato” NONOSTANTE AVEVAMO ORDINATO E PAGATO! ad una certa arriva una umile ragazza che in modo molto maleducato ci caccia dal locale come se fossimo dei bambolotti! tra altro abbiamo trovato dei capelli dentro al gelato veramente disgustoso!! VI SCONSIGLIO!

If you want to go in the evening, when you arrive, give your name, they will make you wait a maximum of half an hour before being seated. If you go for lunch or at sunset it is less crowded The food is really plentiful and excellent I recommend at sunset Fast service and friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere to return to

07/01/2025: I had dinner at the Portanova restaurant in Ostuni for New Year's Eve dinner. The location is enchanting, with a splendid panoramic view, and the service was impeccable: the waiters were kind and friendly. However, I must report that the dinner did not live up to expectations. The meat arrived cold and a first course was not to my liking. The rest of the courses were good, but the overall experience could have been better.

23/03/2025: I'm giving one star because you can't give less. I ordered a piadina with raw ham and mozzarella. The staff was very rude and, despite the evidence of the empty foot, insisted that they make piadinas like that. Then, despite the foot being disgusting, I paid €6.00 ​​for it.

Moreover, excellent meatballs and omelette as well as the wild chicory timbale. The service needs to be improved. An environment made enchanted by the various fireplaces and the beautiful wooden sculptures.

Excellent pizza with many varieties and quality of ingredients, magnificent pizza cooking truly by true professionals. Prima is the only pizzeria in Italy where you can eat a real pizza. Excellent choice of cold cuts too. A very friendly and professional service. Congratulations to the Double Zero Team.
