Nestled in the beautiful setting of Bisceglie's natural harbor, Tortuga offers excellent meats with attentive and professional service. Excellent wine list. Prices match the quality.

On both occasions we had a very warm welcome, very attentive service, after a brief chat about the wine we left it the manager to recommend a nice local rose, which was a very lovely wine and wasn't anywhere near the most expensive either. Susumaniello Rosato Salento @€22 a bottle. The food very well presented, tasted great and arrives hot and in good time, wait time wasn't long between courses, the pasta with braised cheek ragu and the Gold smoke burger were delicious, the Captain Bacon burger was a very good size portion and very tasty, we just need to go back and try some of the steaks from the amazing selection they have in their dry aging fridge, right on the harbour front, lovely location, I could honestly eat there lunch and dinner for a week and always find something great. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The sun dried tomato butter that comes out with the bread basket is also not to be missed

In my humble opinion, the best steakhouse I've ever been to. Perfect in every way: beautiful and well-kept location, friendly and competent service, well-curated and reasonably priced wine list, and excellent quality ingredients. The ossobuco tartare is unrivaled, a truly exceptional dish. The price is more than fair. We'll be back soon!

Tortuga Steak Bistrot is a paradise for steak lovers! The quality of the meat is outstanding perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Every dish is prepared with great care, making the dining experience truly satisfying. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and provide excellent service throughout.

Overall, a positive experience, but the bill was a bit steep. The steak wasn't weighed in, but I found it directly on the receipt, which indicated a higher weight than the waiter had probably told me.

Really very nice place....shame about the service they pour the wine and a few drops fall on the table you can't see...about the meat excellent quality but it will be served cold and without lava stone not satisfied with the amount paid
