24/04/2024: Friendly, witty and very kind staff. Everything ordered from the menu is simply fabulous! The pizza is delicious 🍕 and the environment is also beautiful. Absolutely recommended and I would go back. Unfortunately, the last time I went I had to wait an hour to be seated even though I had booked, and I'm sorry that now the menu no longer has exquisite dishes that were there before such as pizza with crumbled tarallo and potatoes with cheddar and bacon. Rating: excellent. 🥰 Flaw: slow service.

05/05/2024: The food may also be "decent", but certainly not up to the absolutely excessive prices, especially in relation to the MINIMUM portions!!! A fish first course paid €15 with 50 grams of pasta and 7 mussels and clams. A fried dish paid €17 with very little fish. The most scandalous thing however, in addition to all these price increases, is paying for the bread, which wasn't even from the house but 1/3 of a baguette!!! Not recommended. I am sorry

05/05/2024: Recommended by a friend we found ourselves in this beautiful restaurant on the seafront in Margherita di Savoia. We sat on the covered veranda. The restaurant was quite full, but despite the many people we were served quite quickly. Savino advised us on the choice of some dishes. The starters are good, the restaurant's flagship dish (fresh pasta with seafood) is very good. To conclude, a classic fried prawns and squid. Good wine list. Worth trying again at a time with less crowds which certainly had a negative impact on the service. For the rest a point of reference in Margherita.

05/08/2023: A dir poco l'esperienza più terribile della mia vita...a neanche metà pizza siamo dovuti scappare perché invasi da blatte grosse come un cucchiaio, (eravamo seduti ai tavoli sul marciapiede) una blatta si era arrampicata sulla tovaglia per di più un marrone scuro ed è entrata nel piatto di mia moglie.. ci siamo arrabbiati, con signorilità ho anche pagato il conto e il gestore non ha fatto nulla. Squallido da chiudere subito!!!

04/03/2024: siamo stati da Maria domenica 3 Marzo, e mi sono subito chiesta come mai non ci fossimo stati prima. Un posto accogliente, semplice e genuino, la proprietaria, la signora Maria è una persona gentilissima, ci ha accolto e messi subito a nostro agio, ci ha raccontato ogni singolo piatto con una passione tale che non abbiamo resistito e abbiamo ordinato tutto. il cibo era delizioso, la carne di qualità e i dolci squisiti. E' stato come mangiare a casa della nonna la domenica.....ed era esattamente quello che stavamo cercando, e seppure la proprietaria si e' scusata piu' volte della mancanza della cameriera, il servizio è stato davvero celere. vi consigliamo questa trattoria, e soprattutto le marmellate fatte in casa come quella di cipolla che accompagna il tagliere di formaggi.

18/02/2024: Ci siamo stati oggi e devo dire che siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. La proprietaria, una signora molto simpatica e affabile, ci ha raccontato la storia di alcuni piatti e dato le ricette. Prodotti ottimi e freschi. Consigliatissima.

25/02/2024: The best barbecue ever at the cost of a pizza and a couple of beers. For those who love meat and good local wine, an experience worth doing at least once a week. Thank you Mr Giuseppe, everyone's friend.

03/02/2024: We had dinner in this grill/pizzeria and it was better not to have done so. We took a platter and two grills, with a side of potatoes, a glass of wine and a bottle of water. The staff was friendly but the dishes were really of poor quality: The platter was decent, the grills were made up of burnt meat that was sometimes so inedible that we had to leave it and extremely salty potatoes, which were really difficult to ingest (in fact we left them almost untouched). We also left the glass of wine because it had a very strange taste. I would have liked to show the owners that we almost left all the meat but they were too busy talking to the next table. The price was disproportionate for the truly poor quality of the dishes (they charge a cover charge to have paper tablecloths at the table). A real shame but I definitely won't go back.

11/06/2024: A location located a stone's throw from the sea, with attention to every corner, typical fish-based dishes, very tasty and of high quality. I highly recommend everything is good from starters to dessert! Very kind waitresses like the owner Michele, always very welcoming!

06/06/2024: I had a great experience here at Stella D'oro. The place both inside and outside looks very attractive and gives a relaxed atmosphere. We ate more than well! Tasty dishes, above all you could feel that the fish was fresh and moreover they have a varied menu suitable to satisfy the different needs of customers. We will definitely be back. Advised!

13/04/2024: Very bad experience. Old, functional and fast place. I have been a customer for years. I came specifically from Canosa. I arrived and there were no chairs at the entrance. Then we asked for a table inside but then a takeaway table became available and we sat down. Or picked up a few things at the counter. Or ordered the pizzas at 9.10pm. After a good two hours of waiting I lost the ticket by repeatedly asking but the answer was they're making them. Or paid for the starters and left without pizza and angry about the take for the........definitely never going again.
