Very beautiful and welcoming location. Friendly and super helpful staff. Fast and well-managed service. Good dishes, definitely well-presented. Good value for money.

We were allowed to park here over lunchtime and visit Castel del Monte via a lovely hiking trail. We ended up staying for lunch, even though it wasn't a requirement. The food was very good, albeit expensive, and the service was friendly thanks to a young man – a wonderful experience.

I had the pleasure of hosting a family gathering of Italian-French cousins. The dining room staff gave me plenty of space and time to let the entire "cousin" dance. I also enjoyed an excellent menu and am truly satisfied. Thank you guys, I hope to be back soon to bring joy to your place. Lillo Strillo.

Excellent location at the foot of Castel del Monte, the best dish is orecchiette with mushrooms and chicory, and excellent local wine.

Very well-kept restaurant. Small portions. We were probably unlucky. The service was extremely slow. Over two and a half hours for two courses. We won't be back.

We stayed at a pitch, €15 a night, with a fantastic view of the castle and the sea. The pitches were well-maintained. The food and wine were phenomenal, and the staff were very friendly. A great place to visit the fascinating Castel del Monte. About a 2.5 km walk from Montegusto.

26/05/2026: Neapolitan-style pizzeria with truly well-made pizzas, made with a soft crust. Excellent value, especially considering the quality of the pizzas. The small pizza option is also very popular, perfect for children. Fast service and a simple yet welcoming atmosphere. Reservations are recommended on Saturday evenings, or, like we did, arrive early around 7 pm to secure a table without waiting. Definitely an excellent choice for a pizza without breaking the bank and enjoying the food. Recommended!
