22/03/2025: Un posto da dimenticare, siamo stati a febbraio per festeggiare in famiglia il compleanno di mia madre, nonostante avessimo stipulato con la responsabile il menù, ci siamo dovuti ritrovare a contestare tutte le portate, perché non corrispondevano a quello stabilito. Sinceramente, al momento in cui abbiamo stipulato il menù con la signora addetta abbiamo già avuto il sentore che qualcosa sarebbe andato male, perché la signora oltre ad essere alquanto altezzosa e facilmente irritabile, si è dimostrata anche ineducata nei nei nostri confronti, cosa che ci ha fatto riflettere quando siamo usciti, perché la domanda che ci siamo posti tutti è come facesse una persona del genere a gestire un ristorante del genere. Sono stati capaci di rovinare una giornata per noi importante, e come se non bastasse quando siamo andati a pagare e abbiamo riferito alla medesima signora tutti gli strafalcioni commesssi dai vari camerieri, ci siamo sentiti rispondere che lei avendo dei problemi di salute non può controllare tutto e quindi ci ha detto espressamente che nel caso fossimo rimasti scontenti di non ritornare più. Noi sicuramente non torneremo più in questo ristorante ma consiliamo amichevolmente alla signora di lasciare il lavoro e pensare alla salute, anche perché restando arrecherebbe solo danni all'immagine del locale

05/01/2025: Ritornare a pranzare Al Brigantino è sempre un piacere, ottima carne cucinata ad arte, antipasti di qualità, ma soprattutto titolare e personale dello staff sempre cordiale e disponibile, e non meno importante prezzi contenuti. Impegno, serietà, esperienza nel settore.

16/01/2025: The place is aesthetically well looked after, the owner is very helpful and well organised, we sat on the veranda, and the 3 of us had two platters, two plates of bruschetta and a pizza each, spending around €30 each. The restaurant is well furnished and the environment is comfortable, suitable for any occasion, be it a solo dinner, with family, friends or for birthday parties.

10/10/2024: Beautiful location, impeccable service Sharon is a treasure. Really good pizza. I highly recommend! I went back and had a great time and will do so again in the winter season too.

03/10/2024: So where to start, the food is also "good" if it weren't for the fact that the owner has an obvious talent for fooling customers, I go there twice in the space of a week and ask for an invoice (they don't even give me the receipt telling me that they need it for the invoice) and guess what? After two months AND I SAY TWO MONTHS AND ABOUT TWENTY CALLS, the invoice has not arrived. By even blocking my phone number, what can I say, they speak for themselves, maybe I should look for a certified e-mail....assuming it exists. I'll just tell you that there were 8 of us, try to imagine the bill. Of all the restaurants on the seafront this is the only one that has the "problem" if we want to call it that of the invoice. FOLLY

05/04/2025: Welcoming environment, food prepared by them, but paying 27 euros for two aperitifs (2 drinks and 4 small bowls with taralli, crackers, etc.) seems very excessive to me: price for the tourist? If so, I'm sorry but no one comes back like this!

04/03/2025: A year ago, during a company dinner, I spent over 800 euros. At the time of the bill, the owner offered bitters and grappa to the company. Without any pretension, I asked for a gin and tonic, receiving in response a sarcastic 'Now let's exaggerate'. I paid for my drink without any problems, because fortunately I don't need offers. I even refused bitters and paid for them myself for my employees. But one thing stuck in my mind: does the difference in cost between a gin and tonic and a bitter really justify such a comment? The mentality of an entrepreneur is measured in welcoming and respecting the customer, certainly not in ostentation. As for me, I won't set foot there again.

17/02/2025: One of the few Irish Pubs in Italy where you can really breathe the atmosphere of an Irish Pub (there is often also live Irish-themed music) and where the food is very good. If I lived closer I would go more often! Highly recommended

17/03/2025: We asked where we could have dinner and they recommended this restaurant, blessed recommendation! The waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive, giving us the opportunity to choose a table where we liked the most since there were several free tables and the place is impressively beautiful. We really liked the decoration and we even took photos in the mirrors on the walls. We were undecided about what to choose for dinner because everything looked very good and we asked for their recommendations, to which the waitress notified the owner and he came to our table, we told him our doubts and he very pleasantly surprised us! He brought us first ribs, mother of beautiful, spectacular love! The meat looked like butter because it was so soft and tender. As a main course he brought us two pizzas, which as he knew they were meant to be shared, he put half a pizza of each on our plate. The combination of flavors of those pizzas I would eat them every day, delicious! To top off the meal, he brought us tiramisu. I'm a fan of tiramisu, but that tiramisu is on another level. It's the best tiramisu I've ever eaten in my life! We went out to the terrace to enjoy the after-dinner meal, that's when we really met the owner. A very attentive, friendly and kind man who even invited us to a typical liquor from the area. Without a doubt I will return! And I thank whoever recommended it to me because I recommend it 100%.

16/03/2025: Booked at 10pm, entered at 10.30pm, left the restaurant at 11.45pm with an empty stomach. After having asked the waiters several times because the pizzas we had ordered were slow in arriving even after noticing that tables seated after us were served, the owner approaches the table and tells us that he has blocked the order. Maybe because he is annoyed by our reminders? Maybe because there were still people outside to be seated? Who knows... the fact is that he invited us to leave the place. I find the owner's behavior rude, if you are not able to serve all the guests in the right time then it would be better not to accept reservations. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT I point out that we didn't "blackmail" anyone, in fact, we didn't even mention the fact that we wanted to leave knowing that at midnight it would be difficult to find food somewhere else. We always politely asked how far along the pizzas were since we had only ordered the one-hour ones. At a certain point the waiter himself was incredulous at the disorganization in the kitchen and was unable to give us any explanation. The owner reported himself missing the entire time, only showing up at the end to "invite" us to leave. Education and service are optional at Carbondolce! Instead of apologizing for what happened, he is here to insult those who review their experience at his restaurant.

15/12/2024: Pleasant place, staff a little less so as they are unpleasant and incompetent. The pizza had arrived burnt and the êntrecote appeared to be reheated and not freshly prepared. I would recommend the owner to do more selection in hiring staff because the place could be managed better.

26/03/2025: I would like to point out the availability and courtesy of Mrs. Katia at the checkout. The stuffed sandwiches and the coffee... original Illy are truly high quality. To stop again

08/03/2025: Service area that respects the typical standards of service stations. High prices that respect the typical standards of truck stops. Terrible coffee that reflects the standards of all truck stops. What I don't understand is why the coffees I get at petrol stations are all like this, it ruined my morning and it took me hours to stop feeling that taste in my mouth.
