06/03/2025: Terrible service to give a phone or postepay top-up they take forever they only serve their acquaintances or those who have to eat first...once they even denied me the use of the toilet! And I was in an emergency health situation complete with medical records from the emergency room...luckily the owner's son, after my complaints to a gruff gentleman with glasses, luckily let me use the bathroom.... But unfortunately that guy continues to stay there forever and never laughs for a two-hour wait for a recharge! Today he didn't even come to the terminal and I left! Keep up the good work 😒

19/05/2025: 25 Eur for a plate of raw seafood consisting of 3 rotten oysters, 2 scampi (good) and 3 red prawns, seems excessive to me. The plate of rice, potatoes and mussels 13 Eur inedible. Never again.

18/05/2025: The service is very disorganized. We ordered the three-course daily menu for €25. The antipasti weren't served; we were given the pasta later, and only after asking for the main course. Apparently, our order was initially forgotten, as we had to reorder the wine half an hour later. Despite repeatedly pointing out that we hadn't received the antipasti, we were presented with the full bill. Only after asking was a discount given was a discount granted. We cannot recommend this restaurant. It is clearly not well organized, and the service lacks professionalism. The pasta was okay, though not very warm, and the main course was average at best.

03/05/2025: Servizio pessimo, scorbutici e molto altezzosi, non al livello di ciò che si serve. Le pietanze gradevoli, ma tavoli molto stretti e molto incomprensioni fra ciò che viene proposto nel menu e ciò che viene servito. Evitare se possibile

22/03/2025: Un posto da dimenticare, siamo stati a febbraio per festeggiare in famiglia il compleanno di mia madre, nonostante avessimo stipulato con la responsabile il menù, ci siamo dovuti ritrovare a contestare tutte le portate, perché non corrispondevano a quello stabilito. Sinceramente, al momento in cui abbiamo stipulato il menù con la signora addetta abbiamo già avuto il sentore che qualcosa sarebbe andato male, perché la signora oltre ad essere alquanto altezzosa e facilmente irritabile, si è dimostrata anche ineducata nei nei nostri confronti, cosa che ci ha fatto riflettere quando siamo usciti, perché la domanda che ci siamo posti tutti è come facesse una persona del genere a gestire un ristorante del genere. Sono stati capaci di rovinare una giornata per noi importante, e come se non bastasse quando siamo andati a pagare e abbiamo riferito alla medesima signora tutti gli strafalcioni commesssi dai vari camerieri, ci siamo sentiti rispondere che lei avendo dei problemi di salute non può controllare tutto e quindi ci ha detto espressamente che nel caso fossimo rimasti scontenti di non ritornare più. Noi sicuramente non torneremo più in questo ristorante ma consiliamo amichevolmente alla signora di lasciare il lavoro e pensare alla salute, anche perché restando arrecherebbe solo danni all'immagine del locale

05/01/2025: Ritornare a pranzare Al Brigantino è sempre un piacere, ottima carne cucinata ad arte, antipasti di qualità, ma soprattutto titolare e personale dello staff sempre cordiale e disponibile, e non meno importante prezzi contenuti. Impegno, serietà, esperienza nel settore.

27/01/2025: Ho cenato la sera della vigilia dell'Epifania in questo caratteristico locale (di stile molto marinaro) posto dietro la splendida Cattedrale di Trani. Ho preso una pizza con la bufala e i pomodori secchi, un primo (linguine al pomodoro con gamberi e asparagi) e un sorbetto al limone. Lo consiglio per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e l'ambiente piacevole.

12/11/2024: Promedio de comida, servicio rápido pero gruñón y poco útil. El vino era insípido, menú sin variaciones. No volvería ni recomendaría.

28/04/2025: I'm really disappointed with my experience at MeatGrill & Wine, given that the place was also highly recommended to me by an acquaintance. We ordered three sandwiches, one with Chianina hamburger while the other two which we thought were made with normal and typical adult beef, were actually made up of chicken and turkey meat, they were really bad. The meat had a strange taste and smell, almost like spoiled meat, which made me doubt the freshness and quality of the meat used. Sandwiches brought back to staff and replaced with some meat. The side of chips was equally disappointing, as it tasted old and didn't appear to have been freshly cooked. This made me think that the chips had been left warm for too long, thus losing their freshness and crunch. The mixed grill was another disappointment. Despite being able to choose the meat, the quality was poor and the meat had the same strange taste and smell that I had noticed in the sandwiches. It was as if the meat wasn't fresh and hadn't been handled properly. Unfortunately, our experience at MeatGrill & Wine was really bad. The quality of the meat and food in general was very low and I was not able to enjoy the meal as I expected. Finally, another thing to add and no less important... in 2025 you cannot see the local chef handling meat left and right, without using a pair of gloves... Strongly not recommended but if you really have no alternatives in Trani which is very unlikely, make sure about the hamburger mixes.
