22/06/2025: Popped in to Marcello for a light lunch, I struggle being vegetarian in Foggia, I think the main restaurant was shut, Sunday midday, a very nice English speaking young man served me, he was very helpful..

29/07/2025: I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, and I'm only now realizing that I've never left a review that lives up to my experience. It's time to fix that. The Kent is a restaurant that stands out in every way: a welcoming atmosphere, consistently helpful and qualified staff, and cuisine capable of satisfying every palate. A particularly positive note—and not a given—is the staff's stability: I've seen the same waiters for years, a clear sign of a calm and well-managed work environment. This is also reflected in the service: cohesion, harmony, and customer care. Personally, it makes me feel at home. A rare added value, especially in a period when many restaurants suffer from constant staff turnover, often to the detriment of the diners' experience. The food is excellent, with a broad and carefully curated menu that truly pleases everyone: pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads... perfect even for large tables with diverse tastes. The quality is consistently high, and the variety allows you to always find something new to try. Finally, the beer selection is another strong point worth mentioning: extensive and well-chosen, perfect to accompany every dish. In conclusion, Kent is my comfort zone, the place I always gladly return to because I know I'll find good food, good drinks, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening, without any surprises... except those on the palate!

07/07/2025: We got married in this enchanting location on July 2nd, in a romantic and unique atmosphere. We chose an outdoor ceremony with a civil rite, held in the little square, and while the temperature in the city was 40 degrees, we enjoyed the unusual coolness, typical of the place, the whole time. The outdoor areas are well-kept, with a romantic style; the rooms, welcoming and clean. The refreshments were excellent, from the presentation of the dishes to the flavors: the risotto was loved by everyone! We thank chef Simone for his patience and availability. The mainstay was Matteo, the maître: for every difficulty, a solution; never a wrong word, never a doubt. He gives certainties to the spouses! A thank you also to Domenico and all the staff: as owners of a restaurant, we can only say courtesy and professionalism. 28/06/2025: I attended a wedding reception and everything was excellent, from the aperitif, with some real refinements, from the fried vegetables to the fried fish, with mozzarella knots made on the spot, puff pastry filled with cheese and speck, rustic quiches, tartlets, swordfish fingers, octopus on a cream of Tropea onion. The appetizers were also excellent, the first courses (the medallions filled with burrata stand out, with salted butter with herbs and cream of yellow datterini) and the second course. The wines were excellent, with a Falanghina with a complex bouquet of flowers and fruit (broom and banana were very present) and a Primitivo with strong hints of cherries in alcohol, balsamic hints, herbaceous sage, spicy cinnamon and cloves, full-bodied and persistent. Truly excellent

11/07/2025: Everything was excellent. The only flaw, now common throughout Salento, is the price. Restaurants are incredibly expensive. The €80 per person price tag has become accepted. A plate of mussels, good, was €20. Exorbitant prices. I'm Italian, though, so I'm a bit of a complainer. But there were six English people sitting next to me. The poor father must have shelled out around €450 by the end of the evening; he was staring blankly. He spoke little. He was already imagining the rest. We'll be moving next year. We need to show some dissatisfaction. Quality can be maintained even at a reasonable price.

03/08/2025: We visited this grill restaurant with four adults and a child, and we were truly satisfied! We chose the €25 menu, which included appetizers and five meat courses: everything was simply perfect. The appetizers were plentiful and tasty, but the real star was the meat: tender as butter, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and juicy. A gesture we greatly appreciated was the owner's offering dinner to the child: a rare gesture that demonstrates great hospitality and care for customers. Welcoming place, friendly staff, and fast service. Congratulations!

02/08/2025: Siamo stati in questa braceria in 4 adulti e una bambina, e ne siamo usciti davvero soddisfatti! Abbiamo scelto il menù da 25€, che comprendeva antipasti e grigliata di carne: tutto semplicemente perfetto. Gli antipasti erano abbondanti e gustosi, ma il vero protagonista è stata la carne: tenera come il burro, cotta alla perfezione, saporita e succosa. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo è stato quello del proprietario, che ha voluto offrire la cena alla bambina: un’attenzione rara, che dimostra grande ospitalità e cura per i clienti. Locale accogliente, personale gentile e servizio veloce. Complimenti

09/06/2025: Best vacation ever, the amazing trulli felt like a farytail. The people there are an amazing family and they made us feel apart of that family. The food was extraordinary. Superb experience.

18/05/2025: We felt very at home at this lovely farm and with Patricia and her family. The accommodation, a renovated traditional Trulli -house, was super nice and we had everything we needed. Especially having a kitchen was perfect for traveling with a baby. The dinner at the farm was very delicious. Also, we enjoyed the animals that live on the farm. Even a donkey lives there. Our 7-month-old baby liked the three very friendly dogs. I enjoyed swimming in the pool that is in a quiet area of the farm. The nature around the farm also is just beautiful (e.g. it is very nice to walk along the Aquedotto) and there are beautiful small towns near by, also some to see more traditional Trulli-houses, e.g. Alberobello. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for everything - we hope to be back one day :) Otis + family

28/07/2025: I got two takeaway pizzas, one diavola and one panna e cotta, the sauce on the pizza was raw... and a large, warm beer... yet I didn't rush it at all... the sauce on the pizza was completely raw, inedible, and the beer had just been put in the fridge... he has to accept criticism too... he lost two customers... don't make excuses... he made a mistake

30/05/2025: One of the best pizzas ever eaten! My choice was Bufala DOP and my husband’s Emanuel. You can taste that all ingredients used are best quality. I was impressed of how rich and tasty the pomodoro sauce was in my pizza. If I come back to Puglia, I’ll definitely get back! One million out of ten 👌🏼🍕😋
