Dinner with friends was washed down with an excellent Aglianico red wine. The appetizers were decidedly tasty. The first courses were special—two of them, one featuring grass peas, a typical local dish. Then for the second course, a splendid mixed mutton and vegetables. We ate well, although the bill was a little higher than average for restaurants, especially in the area, but that's to be expected, and we were happy to pay.

Besides the charming location, the dishes are truly top-notch, especially the appetizers. The meat is also very good, and the staff is super friendly. My partner and I went there last night.

The only things I can remember are the view, the service, and the white wine. Otherwise, I expected much more. We had two "typical" appetizers, which were decent but very small in quantity considering the €14 a portion. A first course of orecchiette and cardoncelli mushrooms was completely untidy, a dish simply assembled. The second course was good sausage, but the potatoes on the side were obviously reheated and rubbery. To finish, a crème brûlée that was something else entirely, cold from the refrigerator, with a layer of sugar that was mostly burned, and whose bitter taste lingered in my mouth for half an hour. It was much better to skip it.

Perfect location, very good food, friendly and pleasant staff. Next time I'll skip the fruit...it's not their strong point in terms of quality and presentation.
