Historic trattoria in a fantastic place, with a beautiful view of the ravine and the aqueduct bridge. A business card, to get an impression of the local tastes, is certainly the appetizer, which takes you on a quick but complete journey among the Murgian flavours. We then took a plate, shared between two, of tagliolini with broad bean puree and cardoncelli, which cost 14 euros, compared to 10 euros for similar dishes on the menu... (see photo). The outdoor area, which does not have many tables, can have a greenhouse effect at lunchtime if the sun is strong: my advice is to take a central table for lunch, to avoid the direct rays of the sun. Fast and impeccable service. I would have just liked a little more transparency in cost management. Worth trying again, maybe not on a Saturday for lunch.

I have been to this restaurant twice and in both cases, I can assure you that I had a divine lunch. The cuisine is traditional, but never exceeds in quantity and seasonings. Their pancotto is superb, believe me. Incredible environment, with a truly breathtaking view of the ravines. Kind and attentive service. Good job, everyone.

Siamo stati in questa trattoria con splendida vista sulla Gravina, per un pranzo domenicale. Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso, che comprende antipasti vari, 2 primi, 1 secondo, frutta, dessert e amari. Nonostante il locale pieno, il servizio è stato rapido e preciso, ottimo piatti della tradizione, padroni di casa sempre attenti e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante domenica a pranzo. Il ristorante molto caratteristico e accogliente con una vista panoramica spettacolare. Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario Tommaso e del personale di sala pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni nostra esigenza. L'antipasto è stato eccezionale con piatti superlativi a base di funghi, veramente abbondanti e soddisfacenti seguendo poi con due primi tipici molto gustosi. Da rimanere senza parole! Piatti di ottima qualità ! L'arrosto misto fantastico e abbondante. Per poi finire con dei squisiti dolci che hanno soddisfatto i gusti di tutti! Ci torneremo molto presto! Da provare assolutamente! Ne rimarrete contenti :)
