It was a note stating that the Christmas menu should include panettone and sparkling wine. I didn't write a negative review, and I gave it 3 stars, not one. When I say not much, I was referring to a first course of 40-50 grams of pasta. I didn't say anything negative, and you were reprimanding me. Rest assured, we won't be returning.

The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the start. The ambiance also won us over: the small restaurant is tastefully decorated and creates a very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease and can enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. 10/02/2026: One of Taranto's historic bars. Tastefully decorated. It's a place where joy isn't just the owner's surname, but the atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you enter. Fine-quality pastries and cakes. Truly excellent buffet service and quick meals. A private room is available for small events (birthdays and children's parties). The coffee is truly exquisite.

08/03/2026: The place is very nice and easy to get to. There are two indoor rooms, one larger and one smaller, separated by another, where you can dance and have fun with the DJ. The food is very good, with the option of seconds, and the staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent for parties, especially since there's an outdoor space you can move around in the summer.

23/03/2026: Dinner last Saturday with friends. I was a little worried because I had recommended this restaurant, but instead I was inundated with compliments for the excellent choice. We chose a Margherita pizza as an appetizer (light, very digestible, superb, so good that some of us wanted more pizza at the end), followed by two specials of the day (a risotto and my farro tagliatelle with purple shrimp, truffle, and lime... DELICIOUS), pezzetti al pomodoro, a tagliata, and two more tagliatelle. We had bought the Cupeta (since it was a holiday in Giurdignano), and the hostess let us enjoy it at the table, very kindly. Of course, my friends ordered grappa. Excellent value for money. Quick service, friendly and helpful dining room staff. In short, I highly recommend it. Mrs. Morelli from Maglie.

18/03/2026: We went to Osteria degli Amici in Giurdignano. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and authentic, just as you'd expect from a true local osteria. We tried the cavatelli with beans and mussels: a truly exceptional dish, rich in flavor, well-balanced, and above all, filling. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The fava beans and chicory were also excellent, prepared to perfection, in full respect of tradition. We also had a pizza, which was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Overall, a very positive experience: excellent food, generous portions, and a family atmosphere. Exceptional price. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and savor local cuisine.

19/03/2026: Evening in Casarano and my wife opts for this place in the city center. Vaulted ceiling, very discreet atmosphere and friendly staff. Not many people (we Lombards eat with chickens compared to the locals). Excellent appetizer with broad beans and cooked chicory, then I have fried calamari and prawns and my wife a green pepper sliced ​​steak with grilled courgettes while I have baked potatoes... to drink red wine for her and 2 glasses of rosé for me. Everything very good and served with care. The bill is almost 80 euros total but we are satisfied with the food and the place. Definitely a pass!!!

09/10/2025: One of the best places for breakfast. We're on vacation with our three small children and found this place. The service was very friendly and quick. One lady even speaks German—a huge compliment! The food was exactly as described and truly delicious. The pancakes were outstanding, especially the one with yogurt and fruit. Not even that sweet, which we love. Thank you so much for the friendly service, the great Italian music, and the joy you radiate with your work. You can really feel that you run this café with love. I highly recommend coming here.
