13/06/2025: DO NOT EAT HERE! They are not honest with the price of the meat. I order Angus 400 grams at 7€/100 grams, I get the bill, 50€!!! Without side dish, without salad!!! I ask if this is correct because 7€x4 is 28€, she comes back and she says this is correct because it was 600 grams, ok that is 42€ instead of 50€ and I only asked for 400 grams, I also say in Belgium you pay this less while this is a more expensive country and there you get sauce and side dishes, she says then it is less quality, sorry she does not know Belgium I'm afraid and the top meat restaurants there such as Dorsvlegel or Elckerlijc… So do not eat here they are not honest, they can have the 22€ from me but for that they get a bad review here, and also such a perfectly rounded amount of 50€ that is just not right. Also it was more fat than meat, I am a meat connoisseur and this was not fair. Go to other places where they are fair and better, I have done several here. Too bad…

12/05/2025: Very nice hotel. Good service. The location is very good, two blocks from the train and bus terminals. Three blocks from downtown. The Farha Hotel's restaurant is very good. I recommend the "Cooked tentacles at low temperature, tempura chicken with cream of ceci."

05/05/2025: *5 stars!* I just left the Red Moon Pizzeria in Palmariggi, a few km from Otranto. I was thrilled with how incredible it is! The cleanliness is impeccable! Every detail is meticulously cared for. The staff was super welcoming and professional, they made us feel at home. Pizza? Fantastic! The crust is crunchy, the sauce is fresh and tasty. The service was very fast and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The value for money is fantastic. I highly recommend this pizzeria to everyone! If you are a pizza lover, you can't miss it. I'll be back soon! *Rating: 5/5 stars* P.S. If you want some advice, try the "Quattro Formaggi"

04/05/2025: A look beyond the counter and it seems to be in one of the many "by the slice" pizzerias in New York. Instead we find ourselves in an unsuspected place in Palmariggi that serves excellent pizzas, succulent pieces of horse meat from the Salento tradition, mixed grills, rotisserie, donuts and various desserts, superlative burgers and even very fresh craft beers produced in the back of the shop. My complete burger, with two hundred gram Irish Angus, is the winner of the evening, I have no doubts. But on the podium it also brings with it the commendable English IPA and the friendliness of the owners. Before leaving, someone suggested me Maxi Bufalo Burger and an interesting off-menu recipe. So I have at least a couple of good reasons to go back, don't you think?!

02/06/2025: Increíble almuerzo para 13 en un patio precioso que básicamente nos hicimos cargo. Los camareros eran brillantes y la comida era de primera clase. El pez espada era espectacular, así como la pasta de tomate y queso local. Las croquetas de patata eran geniales - podría haber comido 100. Un lugar muy relajante, nos dejaron estar fuera un buen par de horas bajo el sol disfrutando de La Dolce Vita. Muy recomendable.

31/05/2025: Restaurant moyen dans lequel nous avons réservé par erreur, 2 restaurants portants a peu prés le même nom. Service sympa mais plats plus que moyens.

25/04/2025: During our stay in Salento we got to know Stefania for our breakfasts and we had a great time, excellent coffee and cappuccino and good, fresh croissants, all seasoned with Stefania's friendliness and availability which we will take home in our splendid memories of this trip. Thank you

02/06/2025: English: Although the quality of the food, especially the fresh fish, was very high, the service was not up to par. We were seven people and we ordered three raw fish appetizers and four cooked fish appetizers. When paying, we were presented with a bill with three raw appetizers and seven cooked fish appetizers. Although the staff agreed with us, the owner refused to correct the mistake, claiming that the dishes had been placed in the center of the table and that therefore the choice of what to eat was left to the discretion of the customers. Not knowing the size of the restaurant's portions, and considering that the dishes had been placed in the center of the table to be shared, we did not pay particular attention to the amount of food we were ordering. Furthermore, we were charged for one more bottle of water than what we actually consumed. Therefore, I advise anyone who wants to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant to pay particular attention to the appetizers, to avoid unpleasant surprises like the one we experienced.

25/05/2025: I really liked the place wedged in the alleys of Oria and with a really particular color of the walls that reminded of the night sky and created a nice contrast with the star vaults. Pleasant evening with friends we consumed a hamburger each and a fried food as an entrée. The service, although appreciable, the effort made by the only waiter present leaves much to be desired as he is clearly a makeshift figure who has some difficulty expressing himself

23/05/2025: Wonderful place in the beautiful historic center of Oria. Refined and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of tasting one of their hamburgers on the menu and I can only compliment them! Highly recommended place.

08/06/2025: Ancora una volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti della serata. Non solo per cosa abbiamo mangiato. Del resto si è trattato di una normale cena: secondo, contorno dolce. Il posto è ancora ben curato, ordinato, tranquillo. Il personale come in altre occasioni gentile, preparato, discreto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

22/04/2025: Piatti con prodotti veramente freschi eccellenti, antipasti con salumi , formaggi ottimi,tortini di cardo e cavolo cappuccio buonissimi. Primi piatti ottimi, grigliata di carne veramente gustosa . Servizio ai tavoli molto professionale e location molto accogliente.

12/06/2025: We spent a few hours at Parc Hotel Vittoria while waiting for our evening flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful. The pool area was a real highlight—quiet, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was surprisingly good: fresh, tasty, and served with a smile. Even though our stay was short, it felt like a mini getaway. We left feeling rested and recharged. Highly recommend for a day-use stay or a longer holiday!

08/06/2025: The bus had trouble parking, a waste of time. The rooms are small. The air conditioning is too bright and noisy. Ask for Wi-Fi before going up to your room. The pool is nice, but remember to bring a towel.
