01/01/2026: Wow wow wow. First of all, the food was fantastic, some of the best that my parents and I have had since our stay in Italy. Speaking of the best, the customer service was top tier, specifically the waiter with the glasses on (working dinner 1/1/26), we didn’t feel rushed, we were helped, checked up on, but also not constantly harassed. The cocktails were obviously good and surprisingly big serve. Yes it is somewhat pricey, but it could be worse and you definitely get what you pay for. My only critique was having to sit next to the bathroom, but someone has to lol. Thanks Momento for the lovely night!

I'll explain why... you don't even get to the restaurant before the waiters rush you, asking you questions, even about a very simple salad plate they ask you how it is... dishes that arrive very quickly without considering the time it takes for the first courses, so you don't know what to eat first... Pizza is awful to say the least, soggy dough, indigestible...

09/02/2026: We went to EVO Ristorante and chose the four-course Classics – “U Vuccàun” tasting menu, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I went with my friends to celebrate our friendship, and despite it being winter, the experience was truly pleasant. The restaurant is welcoming; from the first moment you step inside, they make you feel at ease with many little touches. Once seated, we were served immediately. For me, it was a new culinary experience, with new flavors and unique combinations that fully satisfied my palate. The ambiance is minimalist and very refined, with modern and contemporary art prints on the walls, limited seating, and an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive and meticulous in every detail. One gesture we greatly appreciated: without being asked, they were kind enough to bring us a candle and a soufflé to celebrate our friendship—a truly special touch. I highly recommend EVO Ristorante to anyone who wants to try reinterpreted traditional cuisine and enjoy a unique experience in the center of Alberobello.
