21/02/2026: I didn't think the food was really that good at this hotel. Friendliness and service are the strong points, in addition to the specialties. You could say it's a hidden gem in the area. Excellent first course and excellent fried fish straight from Manfredonia.

My only complaint, in my opinion, was the slow service. Since it's a place with two rooms, having one person to take orders and one waitress slows down the service, especially on Saturdays. The waitress also worked as a cashier, which increases the wait time! However, I suggest increasing the staff to ensure impeccable service, especially on weekends. I'll be back.

The price honestly didn't justify the quality and quantity. A shame. Nothing to complain about the staff, who were friendly and very professional.

The presentation was also meticulously crafted, with the classic naruto, perfectly marinated egg, and flavorful shiitake mushrooms. You can taste that every ingredient is fresh and carefully prepared. Atmosphere: Welcoming and authentic, ideal for a relaxed dinner. Details: The selection of Asian beers is also excellent (an ice-cold Singha pairs perfectly with the savory ramen). The staff is friendly and the service is quick. If you're a ramen lover or want to discover Asian cuisine beyond the usual sushi, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!
