This evening my husband and I went to this place for dinner. The pizzeria is located in the historic center, overlooking Fasano's main square. Our first thought upon entering was: wow! The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and classy. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, probably some of the best service I've ever encountered, making guests feel pampered but never pressured. The atmosphere is softened by lounge music, which definitely fits the name of the place, giving it a soul. The pizza is very good and light, a hybrid between Bari and Neapolitan. The ingredients are top-quality: in particular, in my husband's pizza, the pistachio pesto was delicious and artisanal. The only small drawback is that the bill is slightly higher than average. Is it worth it? We think so!

It's the ideal place for a quiet aperitif, away from the hustle and bustle, or for a refined and delicious dinner. ​The service is the real added value. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their professionalism is evident: they know how to be present without ever being intrusive, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience from start to finish. ​In short: A place that makes harmony its strength. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, courtesy, and a classy atmosphere.

Excellent raw materials, impeccable service with very discreet and professional staff, all in a warm environment with attention to the smallest details.

We had a wonderful meal here, the service was friendly but a little slow (I think partly due to a new, young waiter) We had I Vulcani pizza which was one of the best had in Puglia. Also the most delicious ravioli, cooked to perfection and wonderful flavours. The wine was good (but quite expensive when bought by the glass) A lovely atmosphere sitting outside.
