If you're in Alberobello, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. My father and I went there for lunch and were truly impressed by the quality of the dishes, the attentive service, and the welcoming atmosphere.
We particularly enjoyed the tasting of typical local olive oils, a fascinating experience that made the evening even more special and allowed us to discover authentic flavors of Puglia's tradition.
It's one of those places that leave a lasting impression: so much so that it's become a regular stop for us, and we return every year with great pleasure. Highly recommended!

A Sunday lunch, an 8-course surprise tasting menu...and what a pleasant surprise! All the dishes are exquisitely crafted and playfully presented. From the various appetizers to the oils, the pre-desserts and desserts, a journey into a revisited tradition and technique. Kudos to Debora, who manages the tables with elegance and skill.

We had lunch and ordered the Classics menu - "U Vuccàun".
The service and the overall experience were excellent from the very beginning.
We tried many new flavors, all expertly prepared and presented.
The portions were very generous, and we were quite satisfied by the end of the meal.
Wine tasting is also available.

The food is very good, creative with many local and regional elements. In my opinion, the portions could be smaller, as 6-7 courses become a bit much in the end.
The amuse-bouche was delicious—but also quite substantial. The value for money is unbeatable.
It was nice to see creative non-alcoholic drinks like fermented and peppered beetroot lemonade.
The service was very friendly. The ambiance is simple—the space could be improved.
Definitely worth a recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy regional cuisine at a high level.
