Starting with an appetizer, waiting for the first courses (I recommend choosing a different first course for each reservation; you'll end up saying "this is my favorite," but that's never the case because the choice is impossible), the second courses, both meat and seafood, are already eye-catching. During dinner, pizza is available, and to finish, a delicious dessert...
The entire lunch or dinner is served by friendly, courteous staff. The restaurant is very charming, with an intimate interior and a charming outdoor dining area overlooking the Brindisi port.

16/03/2026: Like a Sunday family lunch: large tables where everyone eats together, with lots of new people to meet or simply to share bread, olive oil, or water with. Delicious meat, a discovery to be savored at every cut. The staff is exceptional, but Cecchini is even better!
03/03/2026: An exceptional celebration of beef! Your host, Dario, delivers entertainment along with his skill and passion for a well cooked meal from start to finish. The set menu lunch is an experience a foodie should experience at least once in their lifetime. Definitely worth the out of the way trip to his hometown. TIP: Parking lot is on the left before you get into the city and had a back door entrance into the restaurant. No parking on the street or close to the front of the restaurant.

Despite the often crowded atmosphere, the line moves surprisingly quickly, a sign of efficient organization. Another plus is definitely the staff, always friendly, smiling, and helpful, which helps make the experience even more enjoyable.

If you want good raw seafood in Molfetta, Ristorante Adriatico is the best.
I highly recommend it.
