10/05/2025: Positive points: The reception and the snacks, such as coxinha, quibe and risolhos, surprised us very positively! We were very well received by Rejane. The atmosphere is very cozy and plays very pleasant Brazilian music. Points that need improvement: The main dish took a long time to arrive and the famous caipirinha was not on the menu. In the end, the price surprised us because it was above the average for the region.

19/04/2025: Very nice and characteristic place, located in the historic center of San Giovanni Rotondo. The owner is very kind and you can immediately perceive that he loves his job. Even the girl who waits at the tables is very kind. All dishes are freshly prepared and I must say that in these days of stay in San Giovanni Rotondo, today I ate the best orecchiette with turnip greens. We also liked all the other dishes served very much. The portions are generous and the ingredients used are fresh and quality. The prices are excellent and paying 1 euro for water and 1 euro for a cover charge shows the honesty of the owner. I absolutely recommend trying this restaurant.

23/03/2025: One Saturday night we decided to try this place, even though we had booked a table and arrived on time, no table was free, we had to wait and OK. We ordered a mixed fried food in the center which was ok, except for the panzerotti which still had the frost inside with the frozen topping, we immediately pointed it out to the owner and he promptly changed it for us, with a new portion of these panzerotti, also these more frozen than the previous ones ... Good piadina, but it's a shame that once we got to the cashier to pay we understood the reason why the place is called the "golden" piadina. A blow on the back, all 4 of us were quite amazed and we will certainly never go back, given the inconveniences of the frozen fried food and replaced by the owner himself with another equally frozen fried food (and they were taken back just as they arrived) I think he paid well anyway, without even a receipt to see the items and rates. It's a shame because the piadina is worth it, but for everything else I don't recommend it 👎

20/12/2024: Pur vivendo a mesagne da tanti anni non avevo mai provato la loro piadina e non sapevo cosa mi perdevo! Piadina con impasto artigianale fatto al momento deliziosa, condimenti freschi e di buona qualità. Porzioni abbondanti e servizio cortese. Una bella scoperta!

10/04/2025: Posto speciale dove andiamo ogni sera a cena quando siamo in trasferta a Foggia. Consigliatissima la tagliata di tonno e il polpo, ma comunque tutto il menù è ormai collaudato e super approvato, come i vini e gli amari!

31/03/2025: We went on Sunday 30/03/25 for lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was a little worried because having never been there and reading some negative reviews, I was very anxious about making a bad impression on the family. It was an exceptional surprise... if you love simple but genuine and quality flavors but aren't picky about paper table linens and plastic cutlery and crockery, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Excellent dishes, very fresh and genuine, the waiters immediately pampered us and made us feel at home (Sante and Francesco). We will return for sure. Luigi Barnabá

10/04/2025: Nothing can be better than a chef who is passionate about his food heritage and expresses his creativity with freshly caught seafood and fish in stunning dishes using vegetables from his local farmer!
