Excellent! That's the verdict I feel like giving...we stumbled upon it by chance, after a little research, but I have to say the result exceeded our expectations. The place is clean and bright, the products are readily available, and the staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Prices are fair, and the quantities are generous. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning.

A paradise for fish lovers - everything is fresh from the sea and deliciously prepared.

So far the best dinner I have had in Italy - I would recommend stocking on the appetizers and try out those raw scampis : delicious ! Amazing service, very decent wine and the freshest seafood, what else do you need to be happy ?

We stumbled upon this place almost by accident, as we were visiting Conversano, and we weren't expecting such a good seafood restaurant and fishmonger. The fish and seafood were incredibly fresh, and you could immediately taste the quality. After about three years without eating them, I found sea urchins here again... and I must say, they were delicious! A real pleasure. The Gillardeau oysters are always a guarantee, and the mixed fried fish was also truly impressive: plentiful and very tasty. The service, from what I believe was the owner, was very kind and friendly: he showed us around the fish counter, explaining and recommending what to try. The only slightly odd thing was the service: the staff seemed a bit confused and asked questions like, "So, shall I bring you the menu or not?" or "Will you bring the bread and eat it or just look?" Small things, but they left a slightly strange impression. Overall, a good experience; I'd gladly return.
