01/04/2025: It is normal that in this season (1st day of April) many establishments are closed, so it was with pleasure that we randomly went to this restaurant, where the cuisine is tasty in a friendly setting: grilled octopus, plate of vegetables, pasta.... everything was good.

02/11/2024: Ristorante di pesce nel centro storico di Otranto. Ottime le orecchiette purtroppo un po’ duro il polpo con la crema di patate. Non proprio abbondante la grigliata di pesce. Il personale e’ gentile, il locale pulito e accogliente.

It’s a self-service place that serves its purpose if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal. The vibe definitely leans towards an old-school canteen or milk bar. When I went, there were quite a few office workers around, which says a lot about its role as a go-to lunch spot.

Friendly staff, decent wood-fired pizza oven, I noticed that they always put very little sauce😂 The first courses are quite plentiful, they look good and are quite good. I also recommend the fried meatballs... very homemade Fairly low costs Overall I recommend it, especially if you are looking for a place to eat quickly (even when there are a lot of people!) and without too many pretensions. Possible to take away what remains avoiding waste! Excellent thing

11/03/2025: I found this Panzerotteria by chance in Bari near the Hotel Institute..... but the surprise was finding the owner, someone who knows something about Panzerotti.... he worked for years at a very famous pizzeria in Bari near the Santa Scolastica market... 3 sizes of panzerotto... the Big is spectacular.... not only savory panzerotti but also sweet panzerotti and fried pizza.... worth trying... Well done

08/03/2025: I share this experience for those who want to taste a quick and good dish. Final bill very questionable! I have never found a restaurant in Bari that provides a payment of €10/11 per person, but for a person who does not want to spend too much it is the best choice to come to William's. Regarding the service I found a lot of availability from the owner and the waiters while for the menu/food I cannot give a very high rating because the customer should always be right, in fact when I tried to choose my dish the waiter immediately stopped me telling me that it was not available (I can also understand it because the food is all fresh so it is normal). All in all I have to say that I ate really well and I wholeheartedly agree with this place.

04/03/2025: We had dinner at the UVA restaurant at the San Martin hotel where we spent the night. The setting is beautiful, the tables are set up in the cloister of the old convent. The cuisine is very good, prepared with beautiful products, the plates are nicely presented. The only downsides were on the one hand a group who had a buffet dinner at the back of the gallery and who were extremely noisy in their discussions encouraging us to leave the room as soon as the dessert was finished, and on the other hand the waiter who was perhaps on trial who wanted to be overzealous (a lady was watching him from behind): we wanted to eat only a first and a second, he first strongly insisted that we take an antipasto but we refused then he came back between the two courses to ask us to order a dessert even though we didn't want anything sweet, and he insisted in Italian that we order a chocolate soufflé which was a specialty of Puglia!!!!! Finally we gave in for a soufflé for two…. In the end, he served us a chocolate cake like they serve in 80% of French restaurants… we preferred to laugh about it!!!

04/04/2025: Scelto per una cena di lavoro non ha deluso le aspettative. Tutto davvero all’altezza con grandi apprezzamenti da parte dei colleghi che venivano da altre regioni. Dagli antipasti con un ottimo crudo di mare, ai primi ben composti, dolci e selezione di vini. Prezzo nella media.
