A must-visit for all meat lovers in the area.
From aperitif to digestif, it's a complete experience. The €50 menu includes lots of meat, more meat, Chianti, water, bread, and even more meat. So you really have to love beef and not mind if it's cooked rare rather than medium... You sit at a long table with people from all over the world, sharing a passion. The steaks are prepared indoors on a charcoal grill right next to the guests. To finish, there were espressos and grappa. Simply superb.

Amazing food, especially the tartare and bistecca however i would personally prefer some cuts to be a bit more cooked, also amazing service and atmosphere

We happened upon Easter Monday by chance. Even though we hadn't booked, the wait wasn't long, and they managed to seat us. Luckily, they'd cancelled a table!
Lunch here is always a guarantee, the meat is excellent.

Wow what an experience if you love Meat or even a Vegetarian this is worth the price. Lots of cuts of meat served hot as they come off the grill. My wife doesn’t like red meat and she was served tons of great dishes. Dario was very Entertaining! A must if you are near Ponzano!

It's an experience worth trying at least once, a fixed menu featuring a succession of cuts of beef prepared by Dario himself. Here you can also eat at shared tables, but no dish is different. We're all served at the same time, and then we're served lard crostini and wine until we all wait for Dario's ceremonial, who calls us back with his musical trumpet.
