What a magical place! An incredible experience for meat eaters. I'd seen this restaurant on social media and it certainly lived up to expectations. I tried the €50 fixed menu (the other is €40) and was thrilled, as well as extremely full. The meal begins outside on the road to the village of Panzano, with an aperitif of crostini and wine. Then inside, you progress through various cuts of meat, accompanied by wine, water, vegetable dips, and potatoes—all unlimited, in fact, you'll be bursting at the seams. The only downside is that you have to book weeks, if not months, in advance. Unmissable.

More marketing than value for money. The owner is very friendly, but the waiters' service leaves something to be desired. The meats are served very rare, and I like my meat well-done. It's worth a visit, but it's not an unmissable event as it might initially seem.

A fantastic lunch experience and outstanding food! We had lunch here and were absolutely delighted. The quality of the food was excellent; everything was fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the value for money: For around €50 per person, including wine, water, and coffee, you get an experience that far exceeds the price point. A truly wonderful lunch in a pleasant atmosphere. We give it a clear 5 stars and our highest recommendation!

It is impossible to leave this place hungry. Come for the experience, not just for the divine meat and to see the meat master Dario at work. Reservations required but you could try your luck rocking up in case there are no shows. Parking available behind the restaurant or outside the town. The lunch festivities begin at 12pm with wine and lardo bread. Move inside at 12:30pm to enjoy more wine and then the lunch begins at 1pm. You will be taken on a meat journey like no other, with unlimited Chianti wine and water, as well as bread and beans. Communal dining sets the scene to meet new friends from all over the globe. Over three hours, you’ll be experiencing a meal of a lifetime. When you leave, you can pick up a print or plate or souvenir from the store next door. For €50, this is incredible value. Not for vegetarians or anyone who likes to smother well done steaks in sauce. The dessert is the perfect end to the meal. Worth a detour to come here but book early.
