14/01/2025: Super satisfied for having chosen the Cristallo restaurant/pizzeria to celebrate my birthday having the private room. Good quality cold and hot starters. Excellent pizza, light and long leavening. Particular attention to celiac and lactose intolerant guests. The kindness of the staff and the friendliness of Mr. Gianni made us feel at home. We will return soon.

The super friendly staff, the owner Ignazio managed to seat us even though we didn't have a reservation and while we were waiting he honored us with a glass of wine on this very cold evening while waiting for the table! The shin? World!!!!!!!!! Catering is not just about excellent food but above all knowing how to pamper the customer!!!

11/01/2025: We were there for an association event and had a great time. Very kind staff and good quality cuisine. The caramelized orecchiette with stracciatella are very tasty! The restaurant has internal parking (very convenient because it is difficult to park in the area).

However, the atmosphere can vary depending on the season and the room in which you are placed. During the winter, being placed in the secondary room may not guarantee an optimal experience. My advice is to specify, when booking, your preference for the more welcoming entrance room, or to opt for the summer period, when it is possible to dine in the large and pleasant outdoor garden. Moving on to the dishes, the kitchen offers traditional local dishes, carefully prepared and well executed, even if not particularly memorable. The quality-price ratio may not fully convince, leaving a slight feeling of dissatisfaction. A plus point is certainly the staff: kind, professional and always ready to meet customer requests. Ultimately, a recommended restaurant, but with some reservations, especially for those looking for an experience that goes beyond simple good food.

28/01/2025: This terra madre dinner in a real vegetable garden was an incredible and unforgettable experience. Vegetables are in the spotlight, but not only that. The whole team is as efficient as they are generous. Only one opinion: Run there! .

27/01/2025: Quite a nice place inside, located on a main street in the centre, parking is a bit penalising, but it is located in the area. I had dinner with 3 other people, consuming a portion of chips, pizzas later and two desserts but the best part comes now, the drinks. 1 Liter of Coca-Cola €7.00, Cream water €3.00, it must be specified that it is a place in Cisternino and not in Dubai and charging €7 for a coke does not mean that a person has to pay you a burden. The pizzas are chewy and with a high focaccia edge, for tiramisu I prefer the traditional one and not the one they offer as it is not a tiramisu, but it is a plate with a ball of chocolate inside where the cold coffee is then poured from above, the chocolate melts and you drink chocolate and coffee, calling it tiramisu is something...
