Five stars aren't enough. The croissants are poetry. The limoncello profiteroles are so good they're illegal. A must-see every time I'm in Martina Franca.

If you go to Martina Franca, it's impossible not to stop by Florien, even if it's just for a quick ☕. However, I have to say that I liked the old Florien, the Art Nouveau one, much better. Its warm atmosphere was much more inviting. Great selection of sweet and savory items.

It can get a bit chaotic on weekends, and sometimes you risk not finding a seat inside if there are reservations for events, but that's understandable given the excellent quality of the food and especially the cocktails. The ingredients are good, and the alcohol content is just right, which is a plus in an era where, under the guise of soft drinks, they pass off syrupy concoctions of sugar and ice as cocktails. Great job, the bartender. Keep it up! Never change to follow fleeting trends. Congratulations!

I'm the girl with mouth piercings who's been coming here everyday for the past week. I happen to be on a 2-week internship trip in Martina Franca, and this has been my place to go for breakfast! The coffee and cornetto's with chocolate are spectacular and filling! The service is the best too! They remember my order and even prepared my cornetto in advance today! The prices are very low as well :) ❤️🌹

Nausikaa

06/04/2026: In the historic center of Martina Franca, Nausikaa is one of the many restaurants, trattorias, and roasteries. It's hard to go wrong in the Itria Valley, where the food and service is generally high, if you respect tradition. I tried two first courses, a second course, and an appetizer... the complimentary entree. I found the composition of the dishes spot-on, not overly elaborate, but not banal either. I found the service attentive, with a few flaws. The bill, unfortunately, is what you'd expect these days; if you look at the menu on the website, you can get an idea. For a lunch of around forty euros—not including wine—is easily affordable. Therefore: Service OK. Customer service was good, with entrees offered while you waited, with clear instructions on cooking times. The bill, in my opinion, is a little high, but you're definitely satisfied.
