30/03/2025: A legendary place for 30 years, a refuge for those who know how to have fun, drink and eat well. Chef Antonio is its host, a maitre à penser with whom I have spent many evenings dedicated to culture and culinary research and pantagruelian Sunday lunches... I will return as soon as possible!
22/03/2025: I've been there a couple of times, I've tasted a few dishes and I must say they're all very good, really tasty and delicious. I recommend it!!

17/03/2025: From the outside it seems small as a restaurant but it has a large room and an outdoor terrace which has also been set up to be used in the winter. The food isn't bad, of course, but it didn't impress me personally. Subjective judgement. But nothing to complain about. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism.

08/04/2025: It's the first time I've ordered a pizza and after less than 10 minutes it arrives at my table. Credit goes to the legendary pizza chef who, not for nothing, was the winner of the Guinness World Record for the highest number of pizzas prepared in twelve hours, completely deserved. The pizza was really delicious, spectacular dough and top ingredients. Very nice and well organised, very friendly waiters. If I really have to find a flaw, the chips needed to be fried a little longer but only to reach the perfection that the pizza as a whole achieved.

26/03/2025: In my humble opinion it is not a location that I would choose for a family party, tasty food, not of excellent quality, appetizers in the center which is something I do not prefer, consisting of mignon and chips more flavor in the center of the table.... which I have never seen before on other occasions.
25/03/2025: Perfect location for any type of event special owners super food in terms of quality and quantity, especially fresh and when it comes to the sea you can immediately feel the difference, trained staff, welcoming and always available
I can't wait to return perhaps for a lunch or dinner with friends to celebrate. Highly recommended to try

01/04/2025: We went to this place because they advertised the "all you can eat" formula for lunch - once there, a joke because all the choice was reduced to the pita, and of these only 4 options were all very similar - note that the cost in Latin is €6 per pita, in the all you can eat if you can call it that you pay €13 per person. According to the waitress, you cannot eat more than one pita per person as you are full. Everything else on the menu was not included. However, we took an appetizer for two and two pitas - really questionable quality. Chicken bones inside savory croissants and meat with a bad aftertaste. I would like to point out that I know Greek cuisine which I have had the opportunity to eat a lot abroad.

26/03/2025: Ogni volta che torno a Cisternino, non posso fare a meno di cenare in questo ristorante nel cuore del centro storico. Anche stavolta è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile! L’atmosfera è calda e autentica, e il servizio sempre attento e cortese.
I piatti valorizzano la tradizione con ingredienti freschissimi e un tocco di originalità. Gli spaghetti cacio e pepe con emulsione di riccio di mare? Semplicemente spettacolari!
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e staff impeccabile. Se siete a Cisternino, non lasciatevelo scappare!

Premetto che siamo dei dintorni e conosciamo i prezzi medi, il punteggio è basato su 2 antipasti e 2 secondi, con acqua = 83€, 4 bombette 16€ mi sembra esagerato. Nn abbiamo preso i primi che avevano un costo da 16-25€. Avremmo voluto dare una recensione più alta, ma i prezzi non l’hanno consentito.

02/01/2025: We celebrated New Year's Eve at the Canova restaurant. Refinement and delicacy, combined with kindness, are the cornerstones of the location. We were impressed by the encores brought to the table: seafood, first courses and much more. I can't help but recommend it. Congratulations to the owner and all the staff.

01/04/2025: Maybe I didn't explain myself well. I bought the scamorza from your store on Lungomare Perotti and not in Triggiano. For years I came from Triggiano to buy the products. In particular the scamorza which had a firm paste with milk dripping. Currently it is soft like Galbanino and without flavor. The drop in quality is evident and I don't think I will buy anything anymore.
30/03/2025: Excellent mozzarella and dairy products in general. In particular, the bigliata (burrata filled with cream-filled morsels) and the gorgonzola with mascarpone are exceptional. Good prices and very fresh products thanks to the production on site.

28/03/2025: Let me start by saying that this place is 3 km from my house but I didn't know it.
It was recommended to me by a friend who likes to eat well.
Small but welcoming structure, few seats, hence the name Piccola Osteria.
Unique dishes expertly prepared by the chef using different cooking techniques.
The chef's route is recommended and can be chosen between €35 or €45.
The difference lies in the number of courses.
What we tasted was moving to say the least.
I will definitely return.

Mi chiedo come sia possibile rovinare il lavoro, sicuramente apprezzabile della cucina, con un servizio di sala arrogante e supponente.
Che ci sia uno chef capace ed una buona materia prima ( in puglia non è così difficile coniugare le due cose), non autorizza il personale di sala ad avere un atteggiamento arrogante con chi dovrà poi pagare conti di una certa consistenza.
Solo a titolo di esempio, ricordo che il responsabile di sala non può battibeccare con il cliente, mediamente avveduto che contesti la correttezza di un piatto.
In caso di controversia, al limite, si può interpellare direttamente lo chef, ma la regola assoluta è che il cliente ha sempre ragione, specie sulle contestazioni basilari.
Un vero peccato.
Questo il limite di chi pensa di essere arrivato e di poter prescindere ormai dal giudizio dei clienti.
