16/04/2025: After years I returned to Donato's where I found the usual excellent appetizers, but unfortunately the pizza is no longer what it once was, which was the reference parameter in Bari for the typical Bari pizza. Now it is a pizza without infamy and without praise. Another discordant note is the service, waiters arguing with each other in front of customers.
09/04/2025: Best pizza I had in Bari. Numerous (and I mean it) options. The service was super friendly and kind. A lot of locals dine here, which is a good recommendation itself

La cucina, un tempo rinomata, è ora priva di anima, con piatti anonimi e ingredienti di qualità discutibile. Un vero peccato. Gradevole il crudo mare ma ormai lo mangi benissimo ovunque!

26/03/2025: I had my daughter's confirmation on Sunday 23rd.
I had a great time, wonderful place, large, welcoming, perfect for children and truly exceptional staff. Respectful of the timing of the party and it is not taken for granted. Exquisite and unique food. What to add?! I can't wait to return and am truly recommending it to everyone. Thank you, I felt at home and it is a rare and beautiful thing.

21/03/2025: The best pizza in BARI. Thin, perfectly topped, tasty, crispy, pleasant atmosphere, small but welcoming. Very good and friendly pizza chefs. Fast service, very friendly staff. The owner at the cash register is very kind. You feel like part of the family.
08/03/2025: Characteristic pizzeria in a slightly secluded area. Pleasant discovery. Rustic and very welcoming place.
Fine Barese pizza and light dough, very digestible, excellent quality ingredients.
Large variety of hot and cold appetizers.
Very friendly staff, courteous, fast and smiling. Everyone was very welcoming and well organised: even though the place was full there was little waiting. Congratulations, see you next time!

29/03/2025: I went to this place for dinner with friends, we were all very impressed by the beauty of the place.
We ate well, but for some people the pasta was perhaps too al dente. The prices seemed fair, but the waiting times seemed quite long, we would have preferred shorter waiting times. Also suitable for vegetarians.
28/03/2025: Great place. Pasta portions are...large! But so good. Recommend splitting a pasta and then getting a second or appetizer. You will not be disappointed with ANYTHING on this menu! So tasty.

02/02/2025: We were the only guests. Beforehand we took anchovies and zucchini flowers. Tasty. As a main course lasagna and risotto with seafood. Both have no special taste. Served just hot enough. A disappointment as far as we are concerned.

I titolari gentilissimi ci hanno accolto e coccolato all’interno graziosissimo locale, con a vista tutte le prelibatezze locali.
Ottima carne alla griglia con i contorni del territorio, immancabile lo spumone e la piccola pasticceria secca.

16/04/2025: Excelente comida y servicio. La camarera habla español ya que es de República Dominicana. Buena comida marina y carne. También las ensaladas son de buena calidad. Muy recomendable.
12/04/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per la prima volta e ci siamo trovati benissimo... Il locale curato in ogni suo dettaglio. Cucina ottima! Particolarmente attenti anche ai piatti gluten free, diverse le proposte consigliate. Personale di sala gentilissimo e professionale.
Ritorneremo presto con piacere.

The pizza is excellent: light dough and well seasoned.
The appetizers are many and very tasty.
The prices are very honest.
The only flaw is the small and somewhat chaotic place.

10/04/2025: We tasted some excellent cuts, served on lava stone, an attention worthy of the best grill restaurant. Well-stocked menu. The pizzas will surely be very tasty even in the special doughs. And then the homemade artisanal creams of liqueur made in-house... wonderful for the palate at the end of dinner. Excellent service, attentive and friendly. We will return, that's for sure. 08/04/2025: Restaurant très sympathique avec une clientèle locale importante, ce qui est bien agréable dans une ville aussi touristique que Lecce. La cuisine est délicieuse. Les papardelle aux scampis sont sublimes. Le service est attentif et chaleureux. Une très belle soirée.
