02/06/2026: ​We visited Sant'Anna twice during our stay, and both experiences were flawless. ​The Atmosphere: We arrived without a reservation, but they managed to find us a wonderful table. The restaurant is spacious, meaning you never feel crowded or too close to other tables. ​The Service: Staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. Their food and wine recommendations were spot on. ​The Food & Quality: Simply outstanding. The vegetables are farm-to-table (grown in the field next door), and both the pasta and desserts are strictly homemade. The veal steak we had on our second night was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouth. ​Value: The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. You get top-tier, authentic food at a very fair price. ​A special mention goes to Ms. Vera, the chef and owner, who went far beyond our expectations. If you want an authentic, high-quality dining experience this is the place to go!

05/08/2026: A well-maintained restaurant, tastefully furnished despite its simplicity. The Salento lights on the interior walls are striking. The girls serving tables are extremely kind, attentive, and professional. I had an appetizer of eggplant, peppers, zucchini, and caramelized onion. Afterward, I really enjoyed the roasted octopus on a broad bean base. Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. The menu offers both meat and fish dishes. Congratulations!
