A historic pizzeria in the area. The pizzas are well-crafted with carefully selected toppings, and the dough is also very good. Personally, however, I come here primarily for two reasons: the Scrocchiarella, which to this day, in my opinion, is unrivaled in the area, and the Crunch, a kind of crispy piadina made with their own dough, a novelty that's definitely worth trying. I'm eagerly awaiting new flavors! The staff is large and always very attentive to detail.

The more I tour restaurants and pizzerias, the more I realize how fortunate I am to be a regular at L'Acquario. The staff's friendliness, their unwavering helpfulness, and their dedication to customer satisfaction are their strong points. And then there's the insane quality of the ingredients, the best pizza for miles around. It's a regular stop for me whenever I have guests and want to spend a convivial evening knowing I'll eat excellently and receive fast, attentive service. Special mention for the attention paid to and the variety of dietary requirements (I brought vegan friends who enjoyed a wonderful dinner). Great team in the kitchen and dining room, my compliments. Excellent choice, the only difficulty being the two times on the same evening, no one rushes you except for an elderly waiter who seemed to push to be ready at the second time of the same evening.

We booked a table well in advance because it was a busy Saturday night, and they're probably working two or three shifts. Once we were seated, everything went smoothly, from the fritters and beers to start to kill the wait, to the dessert to accompany the grappa. Then the pizza... it's close to Neapolitan style, with a high crust, but much more substantial than usual. Overall, it's good and adequately topped. The dough stands out from the first bite: soft and light, definitely left to rise for a long time. I preferred the classic one, but if you prefer other types of flour, you can. The service was prompt, professional, and truly discreet... after all, we're talking about a place that's been run by the same family for years now, with the addition of children and grandchildren. Congratulations to everyone for your work and for how you made our evening.
