I waited for the memory of your first pranzo served in Fasano to settle! Hunger is not a good counselor! Now after having had lunch in various locations, I can say that the lunch here was among the best! Impeccable service! And the air conditioning inside at 35 degrees is a godsend!

I would definitely return. I appreciated the consistency of the entire experience: refined and very good dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. The only thing I would mention is the wait, which was a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of the dishes made the wait decidedly pleasant and well worth it.

One word to describe our experience: superb! 😍 We were greeted with a smile and so much kindness. The dishes were exquisite, surprising us with their combinations. It is not just about the stunning infrastructure, the real magic lies in the people and the service. Everyone is warm, kind, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It truly feels like being welcomed into a local family. A special thank you to Loredana, Gianvito, Rosita, Giacomo, and Devid, who treated my wife and me like family and made our stay unforgettable. You all did an amazing job, cheers to the entire Borgo Egnazia team. Everything is simply top notch. The food, the gelato shop, the golf course, and every corner of the property are 10 out of 10. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience. Grazie mille!
