22/04/2025: We were here for Easter lunch. The menu was very large and we couldn't eat the second courses, but they brought us some trays to take away. I have to say that everything was excellent, from the appetizers of land (meatballs, bresaola rolls, burratine, stuffed zucchini crepes) and seafood (stuffed mussels, sea shell), to the first courses (strozzapreti with lemon, shrimp and speck and conchiglioni stuffed with ricotta and spinach), to the second courses (we had ordered the fried fish). The fruit salad was also very good. The service was a little slow, but given that it was a holiday, that was fine. The girls were all very kind and friendly. The place isn't very big and we were seated in a passage point, but we still had a great time.

17/09/2024: La qualità dei prodotti di questo locale mi lascia sempre a bocca aperta.... genuinità dei prodotti locali esaltati dall'accurata mano dello chef in maniera eccezionale!! Il locale si presenta in versione minimal (davvero molto bello) e curato nella mis en Place in chiave moderna, il cibo è di ottima fattura e curato al dettaglio nella presentazione dei piatti. Ciò che mi piace di più è il modo in cui lo chef riesce ad esaltare il gusto dei vari prodotti creando vere esplosioni di sapore in bocca ...non è da tutti e soprattutto non è scontato... complimenti!!👍 Personale educato e preparato e ci si sente coccolati dai titolari che trovano sempre qualche minuto da dedicare ai propri ospiti, consiglio vivamente quest'esperienza culinaria a tutti e mi raccomando se possibile visitate la cantina vini a loro disposizione è stupenda!! Torneremo sicuramente a presto😎

18/04/2025: Very disappointed, I ordered a crepe with pan di stelle cream, it was served to me raw, half empty and with a cream that was not even remotely close to the real one.

11/04/2025: Yet another positive experience... this summer 2 successful family events... now the pizzeria... very good pizza dough, excellent presence with abundant and quality products... a bit long in terms of waiting times because priority is given to takeaway... time used to watch the match....

03/01/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente e familiare. Siamo ritornati dopo essere già stati quest'estate durante la nostra vacanza in San Vito e abbiamo riscontrato che, non a caso, la denominazione della pizzeria corrisponde alla bravura del pizzaiolo, che - con vera maestria - ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative anche dopo aver richiesto il bis. Una vera bontà anche le polpette di carne e le patatine, che hanno stupito i nostri sensi già prima di mangiare le pizze, la cui scelta è stata veramente sofferta per la vastissima varietà a prezzi assolutamente contenuti. Gentilezza, disponibilità e pulizia fanno da contorno al servizio offerto . Ve lo consigliamo davvero!!!!

20/12/2024: Ci ritorno dopo un po' di tempo. Chissà, forse avevo sopravvalutato la bravura di Gianni e la cortesia di Cinzia. Mi impongo di non farmi condizionare dal ricordo della precedente esperienza. Impietoso, osservo le pizze, ne inspiro i profumi, mi spingo oltre. E oltre, molto oltre, va la bontà della meravigliosa piadina (tecnicamente base) che Gianni mi propone, preparata con una sapienza e maestria che da queste parti è davvero merce rara. Cosa dire? Immaginate che Gianni sua giunto a questi traguardi ormai prossimo alla pensione? Ehm... Signori, qui la Pizza ha la P maiuscola e se non si è in grado di distinguere una stesura a regola d'arte da un "pacco", prego astenersi. Ancora, chapeau!!!

04/01/2025: Cena deludente.Antipasti freddi gommosi, scarsa qualità.Pizza da discutere, i dolci ? Il residuo del pandoro dal natale 8 cm X2, 2 triangoli di polvere di biscotto con panna industriale sopra (cheesecake🤣)5cm di crostata bruciata e il ditale della sarta ( un girello di non so che) 40€

30/12/2024: They told me well about it…. But I don't think I will repeat the experience. The place looks very minimal... but that's not the problem. Over 1 hour on a Saturday night to get a pizza. It arrived almost cold, with the mozzarella now at room temperature and becoming rubbery. A few turnips... Norcia sausage cut into very thin slices... And with a base that is too double and dry. I think they use semolina in the dough. I didn't like it at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Try it… I don't give second chances.

13/10/2024: La bellezza del posto inganna. Dietro un locale con una bella vista mare si nasconde una proprietà saccente e maleducata. Cucina non soddisfacente. Non mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo.

06/04/2025: We found ourselves spending the weekend in Bitonto, we went to the Patriarca Restaurant. We are from Puglia, but Puglia itself always surprises us, what does Trump know about Italian cuisine?! We were welcomed by the youthful, helpful, quick and kind staff. The chef, who went around the tables, made us feel at home, the food is excellent, you can say all this in person.

03/03/2025: In the small village of Torre a Mare, a very pleasant discovery, two places next to each other, a meeting place for young people and not for an aperitif or in any case for a pleasant drink near the sea. Many types of gin, in fact it is called "gineria" Small and informal place, with pleasant music and lots of liveliness. Absolutely honest prices. Really recommended if you are in the area
