09/02/2025: Esperienza terribile. Nonostante la prenotazione alle ore 22:00 siamo state cacciate in malo modo perché non c’era posto. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un’altra pizzeria nelle vicinanze, Margherita E Le Altre, dove ci hanno accolto calorosamente anche senza aver prenotato. Tra l’altro pizza squisita, ve la consiglio!!!

27/04/2025: We went in, attracted by the Japanese products seal and intending to eat yakitori. A very juicy and generous soft-shell crab, after that, there's no way to defend any of the other dishes. They're not yakitori, they're grilled skewers (teppanyaki) and boiled, overcooked, and all with the same terrible teriyaki sauce. Everything is undercooked, flavorless... It's basically Asian food, but a Japanese person would never sign this kind of food. Never. The staff is attentive but slow. A shame, but that's the way it is, period.

25/04/2025: Typical Japanese place. (Said by someone who has been to Japan) well furnished, small flaw the smells of the kitchen. Nice welcome, kind and helpful staff. The owner Frenky a super prepared guy, attentive to the customer and who helps you choose the best even without exaggerating. Truly original Japanese dishes, authentic flavors well cooked and quality products. A menu with a wide choice and an excellent wine list. Small advice I would lower the prices of some dishes, or group some dishes together to be able to taste more things without spending a lot. For the rest fair prices and dishes abundant enough. I recommend to everyone. I will return very willingly.

Excellent restaurant, we had dinner there for the first time on Saturday evening, we were welcomed very well, young and very kind staff, sublime food, appetizers prepared with typical quality products, and with taste, second courses beautiful to look at and taste, fantastic desserts, we also received excellent rosoli offered by the house! A round of applause to the scef and all the staff, we will be happy to return!

20/04/2025: Went today with my wife and child, and the service was initially friendly, but later at checkout they pretended they had misunderstood and we did not get what we ordered. With a hefty bill afterwards. They were not really good for the customers and especially not for the tourists. Pretend they hadn't understood it properly, atmosphere inside there too. Not recommended for anyone who goes there, especially as a tourist.

16/03/2025: If you are in a hurry this is the right place for you... We booked a table for 8.30pm in the afternoon, once we arrived after a zero welcome, we were brought the menu and took our order. After a very short time the pizzas are served at the table and literally as soon as we finish the last bite we are asked if we wanted anything else, upon our negative response the bill is brought to the table without anyone having asked for it with a lot of "then I'll bring you the bill so we can seat other people", all this 20 minutes after we sat at the table. Once the NOT requested bill is on the table we continue talking to each other as in a normal outing, already annoyed by the behavior of the dining room staff and, to make matters worse, after a few minutes he comes back putting further pressure by taking the bill pad and asking if he owes us any change... moral of the story we got up and went to pay without anyone asking us how the evening had gone and with literally only the material time to eat the pizza. In many years a similar episode has never happened, this is light years away from catering and hospitality. Ah...there was no one waiting for the table. Average pizza and good value for money.

31/03/2025: Ci sono stato tante volte ma ogni volta mi accorgo di quanto sia buono tutto. In pieno centro di Cisternino le bombette sono super. Consigliatissimo.

Extremely fresh seafood antipasti, especially the mussels were super fresh, plus an excellent freshly smoked salmon at the table (!) with red berries and the finest cream cheese, terrific farmer's bread with salt, pepper and oil, and the cherry on top, the homemade ice cream! Fior di latte great, mango great, but yogurt! World class! Still too expensive at 78 EUR for two starters, two cappuccinos, two small pasta dishes with butter and parmesan for the children, drinks and three portions of ice cream.

04/01/2025: Posto bello, vista lago, accogliente, personale gentilissimo e professionale, adatto per famiglie, cibo buonissimo e piatti particolari. Da ritornare sempre di nuovo!

01/03/2025: Situazione al quanto strana,posto terribilmente freddo,dopo tre richieste per l' accensione dei riscaldamenti ci hanno ascoltato,per poi rispegnergli dopo mezz'ora!! La cameriera dai modi antipatici ....il mangiare su una scala da 0 a 10,voto 5...locale pieno di polvere e ragnatele...per niente consigliabile!!!
