03/06/2025: Fantastic meal, knowledgeable efficient and friendly service. Very reasonable prices compared to some of the local places who let tourism get to their heads. An excellent find !

27/05/2025: I highly recommend this establishment. The staff was very attentive and professional. The fish specialties were incredibly fresh and well-prepared. The bill was very reasonable considering the meal we had. A word of advice: ask the chef to prepare a menu of his choice; it's sure to be delicious. A special mention goes to the parqué mussels served with their light vinaigrette, a delight! Pleasant setting, but next time I hope the weather will allow us to enjoy the lovely terrace. We'll be back!

04/06/2025: Crudo freschissimo eccezionale ed originale. Una tartare con mango spettacolare. La qualità eccelsa ci ha suggerito di prendere due porzioni di tagliolini alle vongole... I migliori mai mangiati ... Tagliolini freschi fatti in casa e si sentiva il profumo del mare ... Per finire un freschissimo tiramisù ... Questa chef è da 5 stelle . Cameriere preparatissimo e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

The only small negative note, the waiting time to receive the dishes. It must have been a coincidence, but if this detail is improved it is 5 stars.

25/04/2025: Guest to all Gin | La Cavallerizza, Ginosa (TA) A splendid evening was spent at La Cavallerizza in Ginosa, on the occasion of the “Guest a tutto Gin” event. A lively and refined atmosphere, made special by the mastery of Emanuele Russo, who took us on a journey with gins inspired by the aromas and flavors of the Caribbean, mixed with passion and expertise. What made the experience even more pleasant was Alessandro Sorino's music: a refined, warm and enveloping background, strictly in vinyl, capable of elegantly accompanying every sip. Thanks also go to Giuseppe, the host, for his sincere hospitality and warm welcome. A place to live, an event to remember. Well done everyone!

25/05/2025: The staff/waiter was unable to recommend any of the dishes offered on the menu and provide their ingredients. He told me to look at the pictures and choose 😱😔

30/04/2025: Nobody knows wat is happening here! Chaotic place....The food is somewhat okk....but service is pathetic!! Was really looking forward eating a Chinese meal in Monopoli....but was obviously dissapointed!! Donot recommend this place. Surprised that the place is getting 5* rating!! The fried rice was too oily,the prawn tempura had heavy bread coating, rice noodles and chicken dish was somehow passable!
