10/03/2026: Good morning. Today, for my birthday, I wanted to celebrate with my partner at the La Gioia bar on Via Dante. I'll start by saying that the place isn't huge, but it's very welcoming, and the staff is very polite and dedicated to their work. We had the white lasagna with mushrooms, which was very delicate and not at all heavy. The rustici platter was plentiful and well-filled. To finish, we had zeppole and cookies filled with various creams. And then the spritz...what can I say? I've never had a spritz this good, made exactly how I like it...and best of all, it didn't float in ice!

10/03/2026: Aperitivo number 1. I haven't enjoyed such a good Aperol Spritz in years. Most bars in Taranto, and even other cities, water it down with lots of ice, and the Aperol is barely noticeable. The bartender, Angelo, knows how to measure the ingredients beautifully, and serves up an exceptional Aperol Spritz! The white mushroom lasagna was so good I asked for seconds. The rest of the platter was excellent. We finished with desserts prepared by the owner, from zeppiline to biscotti with pistachio and hazelnut cream. The price was even too fair. We'll definitely be back!

12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!

07/05/2026: I had lunch with a local colleague for work. Antonio, the owner, is fantastic, helpful, and friendly, as well as attentive to detail and generous with recommendations. We ate many dishes, from cured meats and cheeses to the pan cotto and orecchiette with turnip tops—spectacular! Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: I'm writing this review out of disappointment, as I thought Trilussa was an excellent pizzeria in Foggia. However, after the evening we had, I couldn't recommend it to anyone. We arrived around 9:00 PM. After 15 minutes, we were able to order pizzas, and the fries arrived right away. However, we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for the pizza, which was simply unacceptable. After complaining about the wait, the explanation we were given was that the place was full. However, this didn't stop 6-7 takeout pizzas from coming out, despite the place being "crowded." This prolonged the wait, and we were practically held hostage by their poor management. Finally, around 11:00 PM, the long-awaited pizza arrived. I was sure they would have made up for it with this one, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The pizza I'd ordered with a low crust arrived burned, with edges so black they were inedible, and the spicy sausage was also overcooked, which I was forced to discard. It looked more like a piadina than a pizza; it was so thin I couldn't hold it, and the bottom was covered in black burnt spots. I would have sent it back if it weren't for the fact that we'd already waited two hours and at that point just wanted to get up and leave as quickly as possible. The pizza cost €10 and left me feeling dissatisfied and hungry, especially given the meager amount of dough used. They made me feel guilty and embarrassed, precisely because I was the one who recommended this pizzeria, considering it excellent, but after this evening, I can safely say we won't be returning.

15/05/2026: The best pizza in Bari! 🍕🇮🇹 If you're visiting Bari, you absolutely must try the pizza at Pizzeria II Fornaccio. The dough is crisp and light, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. Nothing "swims" like soup, and the pizza isn't soggy or pasty, as is unfortunately the case in many other places. Furthermore, the prices are very fair and much lower than in the city center, and the quality is truly excellent. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in Italy! For all Poles visiting Bari – this is a must-try! It's worth a visit. I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back!

19/05/2026: Recently, and for the first time in my life, I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. I'll start by saying that my tastes are very particular, as are the details I pay attention to, so I ask you to read my review with a certain lightheartedness and spontaneity. From the outside, La Banchina focuses heavily on the view overlooking the harbor, which is especially appreciated during the warmer seasons. So, if you want to enjoy the view, I recommend requesting a table under the outdoor roof, where possible. Inside, you'll find a place that exudes its years of activity: almost thirty years of charm, lived-in, warm, well-maintained yet at the same time neglected in small details. However, I really appreciated the use of courtesy towels in the restrooms, which certainly contribute to a lower environmental impact. The menu offers a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from: the raw seafood was certainly fresh and high-quality, but in my opinion, the plating of many dishes and the flavors of others were very classic and unoriginal. I had the opportunity to try their lemon sorbet and tiramisu, which was among the desserts available, but the latter had a strong eggy flavor, and I stopped after the first taste. I'll continue by saying that I was very disappointed to notice, beyond his undeniable experience, that one of the waiters was quite prone to engaging in informal conversation and not paying full attention, probably due to the large number of customers. Furthermore, I didn't have much space available, neither on the table nor in the immediate area around it. My experience wasn't entirely negative or positive, which is why I'm rating it with 3 stars. 05/05/2026: A wonderful place to sit and soak up the Bari atmosphere. Very friendly service, very good Aperol at a normal price. No coperto – you pay the same as on the menu. You can also buy pasta, wine, and other local products in the shop. I highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: Excellent New Year's Eve dinner. Excellent organization, great food, plenty of space to dance, great music. What more could you ask for? It's just what you need to start the new year off on a high note. Special praise to the waiter (Marco) for his friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. Well done everyone, highly recommended for any type of event.

26/12/2025: A Christmas lunch marked by good taste in every respect, from the dining room to the kitchen, a perfect "Ouverture" with a stunning interior and authentic flavors reminiscent of the past outside.
