A fantastic place in the heart of Polignano a Mare! The pinse were absolutely delicious—light, crispy, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I also tried the cheeseburger, and it was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The beers were served ice cold, which was perfect on a hot day, and the cocktails were amazing—creative, refreshing, and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed, the location is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Malidea if you’re looking for great food, excellent drinks, and a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, the cocktails were very well made. The service was impeccable, nothing to complain about. And the view was incredible.

Had a delicious lunch at this nice place. Very affordable and generous portions. We ordered a Pinsa Queen & Veggie, highly recommended! Additionally, the ‘Chiara’ cocktail is also highly recommended. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food!

Great Moscow mule, of all the cocktail bars in Polignano this is the one that got it right. Mint etc all bang on. Great staff and great location.

We were four completely different people with different tastes, and every one of us was satisfied. Every sip felt like a new experience that never ended. The bartender isn’t just someone who knows how to make drinks — he creates things that have never existed before. He can make things you’ve never even dreamed of.

I've been there and had a truly positive experience: a perfect spot for breakfast, a sweet treat, an aperitif, or simply a moment of conviviality in the center of town. The location is excellent, right in the main square beneath Terlizzi's Clock Tower, with outdoor seating that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant, especially on sunny days. The food is excellent: artisanal gelato, fresh pastries, single-serving desserts, and delicious savory options like toasted sandwiches and appetizer platters. Every time I've tried something, it's been truly delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality evident in the details. The staff is friendly, kind, and approachable, always available to recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined and clean, ideal for a relaxing break or a chat with friends over a good coffee or a light cocktail. Borgo 35 is a must-visit in the historic center of Terlizzi: authentic flavors, a pleasant atmosphere, and a welcome that will make you want to return. I'll definitely be back!
