04/08/2026: On holiday, went for dinner. The service wasn't very attentive and the food arrived cold. When the waiter was told on paying he said it was the air conditioning... Quite pretentious. We will not be returnining. Language barrier is obvious however the menu was given in English so there is understanding, plus the P's and Q's were local.

30/07/2026: First of all, I've been there twice, and this was the last time. The second time, in fact, we didn't even sit down. The pizza is good, but nothing special: there are several pizzerias in Pisa that offer the same style of pizza, with similar quality. The really negative note, however, concerns the service and the staff's attitude. The first time, the waiter was clearly suffering from a cold and kept sniffling every few seconds: an unpleasant situation while dining. Furthermore, I found him to be unsympathetic and inattentive to the customers. Finally, the owner also didn't leave a good impression on me: he tries to be friendly, but personally, I found it forced and unprofessional. Overall, an experience that won't make me want to return.

12/08/2026: Delicious pizza! I highly recommend Capricciosa. The service is great, and the colorful chairs and checkered tablecloths make it feel exactly like you'd imagine a restaurant in Italy.

06/08/2026: Fabulous food. We were there on our lunch break and managed to have lunch in an hour. The staff was a bit slow, as there aren't many waiters at lunchtime but plenty of customers. This needs to be reconsidered. Otherwise, the dinner was also excellent.

19/08/2026: A pizzeria beautifully nestled in the midst of a stunning medieval village! A delicate, very thin, crispy pizza with several options. The atmosphere is rustic yet well-designed to complement its surroundings. The kindness is evident, both from the owner (who accepted us even without a reservation) and the waiter who served us. Special mention goes to the chef/singer, who enlivened our dinner with a voice that is definitely worth a look.

18/08/2026: Location (as the famous ones say)—yeah! The restaurant is well-kept, clean, and the outdoor area is also very nice. The service is good, fast, and never intrusive. The food: technique, desire, and passion are evident in the menu and tasted in the dishes. Perhaps it lacks a touch of craftiness, which I'll definitely find next time I eat here! A small technical flaw in the appetizer, which the owner acknowledged with extreme professionalism and accommodated us with a much-appreciated discount on the main course. Well done!

17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, excellent appetizers and first courses, exceptional homemade bread, just the right quantities, only the tuna tataki was overcooked but everything else was ok, including the very good and original desserts. Excellent service, fair prices, we will be back.

11/08/2026: The place is small but rustic and overall cute. The food is varied and good quality. The only reason I'm giving it only 3 (generous) stars is the fact that there was a pleasant coming and going of ants on the wall 10 cm from the table, which understandably wasn't a pretty sight. However, we finished the dinner, which, even considering the price, was pleasant in itself. I advise the owners to be a little more careful with certain things, because less accommodating customers might decide to report it to the relevant authorities... and that would be a shame.

01/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Neapolitan pizza right by the sea! We visited this pizzeria during an evening walk in Lido di Camaiore and were completely delighted! The pizza here is a true Neapolitan classic. The staff is very friendly, and the service is fast, despite the large number of guests. A separate plus is the cozy atmosphere with summer tables on the street. The price-quality ratio for this location is simply excellent. We will definitely come back here again!

08/12/2025: I asked my neighbors in San Concordio where they like to get a pizza and it's easy to see why they told me to go to here. This is a classic, proper place to get pizza in Lucca. It's not Napoletano-style pizza, but a more proper local/Tuscan style. It's delicious and priced extremely well. I recommend only getting the larger pizza if you're going to split it with someone. Otherwise, the smaller size is great for an individual. They also have slices if that's all you need or if you want to try a couple different types! Expect a 10 to 15 minute wait for the pizza to be cooked.

10/08/2026: My wife had the pizza and tried it, and it was good. The dough was very light and the flavor was delicious. I had the mussels in pepper, but I wasn't satisfied; they weren't to my liking. I have to say the service was excellent and very friendly. I'll definitely be back to try other things.
