10/03/2025: The food is quite good and is homemade. The best thing is the wood-fired bread, you can see it and that's a plus. The service is truly terrible, staff not at all trained, you can see that it is a family business but it is not in the slightest prepared for formal care and attention to the customer. Extremely long waiting times, more than an hour and a half for an appetizer and a first course. Another flaw is that the prices are too high for what it offers. I would have given the food and service a 10 if each dish had been 3/4 euros less. Restaurant prices cannot be maintained if the level is a trattoria (paper table linen, dated crockery, contaminated oil and vinegar because there is no ménage a trois, etc.). Last note: if you change a dish when ordering because it's not available, at least the coffee is nice to offer, instead I paid less than a scant inch of bitters, 3 euros. In short, excellent if you want a home-made lunch, but at a restaurant price.

09/03/2025: Antipasto un po' fuori prezzo non è da 18€. Al massimo 10€. Anche troppo i primi linguine alle anguille buone,i secondi frittura di paranza accettabili, ma una bottiglia di Maschio 12 €. È una rapina! peccato inciampare proprio su una bottiglia di vino da così poco

14/10/2024: I often serve myself at this pizzeria but only for takeaway, but last night I preferred to stop in for dinner. Very good value for money. The environment is simple: it's like feeling at home. Super service.

12/02/2025: Cecina in all of it's simplicity Is totally and utterly delicious here, and it isn't common to find in pizzeria's, many people come to eat a taglio and so cecina Is always fresh from the wood oven when it is optimal and gets consumed immediately. A true local family run pizzeria with main course options.

But if they host 35/40 people in a space suitable for 20 at most, clearly it is cramped and it is difficult to move even just to go to the bathroom, so the service is also affected. The quality of the food was good, but they presented us with an appetizer with 4 or 5 paltry slices, or half slices, of cured meats. Pizza tour (good pizzas) and "sweet" focaccia with Nutella, drinking water and wine. In the end a bill of almost 40 euros each, madness for how much we ate. I won't be returning

24/02/2025: GRANDMOTHER'S GOOD COOKING I went there for dinner and honestly there are dishes that are really well made and cared for. I recommend the gnocchi, handmade from laurel and after eating them an explosion of taste and love exploded inside my mouth, soft and delicate and well cooked and also beautiful big, how great is the love that you feel that is put into this work and into every single dish on the menu. the menu varies from typical Tuscan dishes and beyond to pizzas with very fresh ingredients and in fact the taste doesn't lie, the pizza was also really excellent I have nothing to say, fantastic!!!. Fantastic evening spent in a place with a truly beautiful location and environment, the classic home style and home environment which also makes it a fantastic experience. Not to mention the very kind and very helpful staff to satisfy every customer request. Ah, I almost forgot, I highly recommend the desserts made by them which are a bomb of love and joy and on the palate it is an explosion of tastes and passion. I personally took the classic cheesecake and I must say that it is the best I have ever tasted in all my years of life, perfectly balanced flavors and very very well weighed ingredients and as in the dessert all the dishes are also served with attention to the eye, very well made and above all cared for plating.

05/02/2025: Entering a bar and being greeted with a smile makes you start your day off right! It was quite busy but the staff are well organized and really very friendly. I ate a good croissant but the surprise came with the macchiato, the coffee was excellent but the foam was shiny, compact, without even a single bubble, bordering on perfection, congratulations indeed! Super recommended!!!

18/03/2025: Abbiamo visto questo posto in gita con la scuola e abbiamo deciso di entrare per fare un pranzo tipico toscano. Il locale è molto accogliente, il personale è gentilissimo e anche simpatico e ottimi sono i piatti. Molto consigliato è il tagliere di salumi! Se ne avremo l’occasione, ritorneremo sicuramente!!

09/03/2025: Unquestionably one of the best restaurants in the Florentine valley. Their menu offers a vast choice, ranging from excellent pizza to fine, first-choice meat... the icing on the cake is their fish menu which fully reflects all the typical flavors of a special starred restaurant. The environment is nice, as well as the staff is very professional. The price quality is extraordinarily optimal and absolutely competitive. The car parks are spacious and free, right at the nearby entrance. Recommended and passed with flying colors.

19/03/2025: A very good option at low prices to eat quickly. The slices cost 2.50 each and have several options. The place is small but you can eat there if you want. Yes I recommend it. I liked the spicy pizza and the sausage pizza.

22/01/2025: Possibilità di mangiare in situ oppure prendersi la pizza da asporto. Ottime le pizze tonde ma la teglia è qualcosa di unico, la migliore mai mangiata, buona anche fredda il giorno dopo. Il personale carino e disponibile, si vede che Lorenzo, il proprietario, applica tanta passione a quello che fa. Mi è capitato anche di provare i buns e le schiacciate a pranzo, buonissime. Il migliore in valdarno.
