After years, I've found a pizza chef who knows the ingredients and how to prepare, season, and bake a pizza. The Due Scorpioni pizza is the only original pizza; you won't find another within a 1,000 km radius..........you just have to try it to agree. Thank you for making me relive an emotion I thought I'd forgotten....Kiss

07/10/2025: The pizza is delicious in every way. The staff is incredibly quick and efficient, and they're incredibly organized. I often travel 74 km (from Viareggio) for their delicious frozen pizza. A delicacy unlike anything we buy in supermarkets! Last time I bought 10!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the pizza is unbeatable, 😋 It gives me the same feeling as the one I ate in Naples, it's so good. Only the first course was too al dente for my personal taste, but that's how they eat in Naples. Despite everything, I highly recommend the squid ink calamarata with calamari and yellow cherry tomatoes. The spaghetti carbonara frittatina, which is an appetizer, is truly a symphony of deliciousness: on the outside it looks like a giant croquette, while on the inside it's the discovery of carbonara, beautifully flavorful and slightly creamy. To finish a dinner on a high note, you need dessert: the babamisu (a tiramisu with baba soaked in coffee liqueur instead of ladyfingers) made my husband very happy; with Lulù, which is a giant cream puff filled with whipped cream flavored with limoncello, I discovered a dessert I hadn't heard of. I've been a pastry chef for over 10 years. Excellent combination. Courteous staff, some smiling, and short wait times. I recommend going there, especially if you need to impress a girl. The wisteria-covered gate is very pretty, and there's a small pergola decorated with fake plants that really make a statement. We even had candlelight dinner. We really enjoyed it. Reservations are recommended for these two spots in the restaurant. There's actually plenty of seating, and the space is spacious. If you don't have any special needs, I think you can find a spot.

28/09/2025: The Calafata restaurant is located directly on the Porto Azzurro harbor. It has an indoor dining area and an outdoor area overlooking the harbor. There were two of us, and we ordered a tuna tartare appetizer that was simply perfect: the cut of meat, the seasonings were excellent, and the meat was of the highest quality. We then ordered a plate of textbook spaghetti with clams, and the sea bream and baked potatoes were excellent. The restaurant's value for money is excellent: fresh, tasty fish at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the service was a bit below expectations for the location and the menu. We waited a while for our spaghetti with clams, and the waiters were rushed. Regardless, this is a restaurant I would recommend, especially for a dinner with friends or as a couple.

04/09/2025: We went to this place for fish, because we'd been advised it was very good, plentiful, and reasonably priced... But in our case, that wasn't quite the case. We had two regular salads for €6 each, but I can assure you it was just a handful of salad, although good because it contained garden produce, but the quantity was really small. We then had two spaghetti allo scoglio, with only one peeled shrimp, five or six shellfish to clean, good but not enough, and finally the spaghetti was really small, about 50g. To finish, we had a dessert: custard with a few berries, obviously, served in a small bowl, and only a bottle of still water. So, to sum up: Salad €6 x 2px Spaghetti with seafood €16 x 2px Still water €3 Dessert €6 Coupon €3 x 2px TOTAL €59 In conclusion, we woke up hungry, so we wouldn't recommend it. Total €57

23/08/2025: Family atmosphere, authentic food, excellent quality—what more can I say? I recommend an aperitif at the bar next to the restaurant, run by the restaurant owner's granddaughter. It's a real home-away-from-home experience in Forte dei Marmi.

21/10/2025: Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Italy. Most pizza I’ve had has been bland but this one was very flavorful. We got Margherita and Pesto pizzas. The Margherita was much better, the pesto was too heavy. I recommend takeaway instead of dining in. They have a high cover charge which is annoying considering the waiter only came to our table twice-to take our order and bring the food-so not sure what kind of service I’m paying for. They also prepare the pizza a lot faster for takeaway.

06/06/2025: We dropped in early one evening, obviously before the locals came so it would be hard to say what the atmosphere is like when busy. Despite our lack of Italian the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was quick to arrive and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite the lack of people inside they seemed quite busy with takeaway pizzas ! The menu certainly has plenty of choice so if your near Sansepolcro definitely drop in....oh and 2 pizzas were less than €20 !
