25/10/2025: We loved everything about our meal here. The small dish of bread soaked in sauce that was served when we sat down was delicious and such a great way to start the meal. There were so many appealing items on the menu, but on that day my husband and I were in the mood for just spaghetti with red sauce, which we hadn’t had yet in Italy. It did not disappoint.
Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wine.
It’s always a testament to an establishment when you see the locals frequenting it, which they did here.
20/10/2025: Osteria very well located in Siena, but far enough from Piazza di Campo to be quiet enough from the tourist bustle (at least in autumn). Both the service and the food have been excellent, the ragu soup very good and opinions like the pea soup to "come out" of the pasta.

Portions too large... I would have preferred smaller portions with lower prices.
The raw fish in the appetizer didn't taste right... cut too thickly, it had an unpleasant flavor.
Nicely presented dishes and good service.
Excellent atmosphere... but a little disappointed with the food.
10/09/2025: We were nine people and one person didn’t get her Food when the others did 10 minutes ago and when she told the waiter he missunderstood that she didn’t want it but she tried to say that she didn’t get it. And a salad didn’t arrive on time and the other didn’t even arrive. Altough the Food was great.

27/09/2025: We were looking for a good pizzeria around Castglioncello, and this one was truly excellent. Homemade dough and a truly delicious flavor. The crust was also perfect and not soggy.
Truly perfect pizza, something we didn't experience so quickly on our trip to Tuscany.

02/10/2025: I found this restaurant by chance on a business trip, traveling between Portoferraio and Portoazzurro. I had a delicious seafood dinner, beautifully served in a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.
30/09/2025: We had a reservation, and when we arrived, there weren't enough chairs or table settings. The staff weren't very attentive or chatty the entire time (drinks were left out without comment), and the overall impression wasn't particularly inviting.
The food, however, was very good; the chef was excellent.

21/10/2025: Simply the BEST carbonara I've ever had! The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the bacon was crispy even though it was mixed in. The servers were all very friendly and good-natured. My only complaint is the couvert, which I didn't realize was included and cost us an unexpected 7 euros.
21/10/2025: The pizza was very good. The dough was fantastic, springy and well-baked. Pressing the edges returned it to its original shape. The toppings were fresh and perfectly combined. As far as pizza goes, this is the only one out there.

27/10/2025: One of the great classics of Pisan cuisine. Excellent cecina and Pisan-style pizza. It has a small indoor dining room. I suggest avoiding Saturdays, as the wait times can be inhuman.

20/10/2025: I had a wonderful experience at Fufluns in Cortona! A welcoming place in the heart of the city center, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. I tried the pizza, which was excellent, made with a very light dough! I recommend making a reservation.
09/10/2025: Very good food, at a very good price. We stayed in Cortona for a week and visited this restaurant on our second day. It was so good and such good value that we came back on our last night. I can particularly reccomend the parpadelle with wild boar sauce, and if you are hungry their Calzone may be the biggest pizza I have ever seen!

31/08/2025: The food at "La conca pizzeria" was absolutely delicious. We've rarely eaten such good pizza, the appetizer was excellent, and the tiramisu was divine. The regional wine pairing rounded it all off wonderfully. We'd happily return.
