Excellent food, generous portions, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, you can't eat everything in one sitting, but I'll definitely be back.

The Neapolitan paccheri were a nice surprise, as was the fried pizza with ragù. Delicious. Service was prompt and excellent. On a negative note, the dining room was a bit noisy.

Saturday evening, a table of 10, a €25 pizza round... the appetizer was nothing special, various pizza flavors, even made to order... a bit of a wait between each pizza. The desserts (off-menu) were listed by the waiter... and a surprise on the bill: €6 per dessert, and for a classic brick (not made by them) a €0.50 surcharge for the Nutella on top (the waiter made no mention of the surcharge). What a shame!

17/04/2026: Roadside restaurant. Half an hour from Pisa, with a menu for under €25, and a large parking area where I slept in my campervan. Very attentive service.
21/03/2026: A great trattoria serving traditional Tuscan dishes, from tripe to peposo, fried rabbit, fried seafood, and much more. Very good food and reasonable prices.

06/04/2026: Despite a technical problem we ate very well
27/03/2026: It's somewhat remote, located in a Tuscan mountain village, but the journey was well worth it. A very pleasant atmosphere with a friendly welcome. All the dishes are homemade regional specialties, freshly prepared daily. Ample parking is available.
