Excellent quality of the dough, you can choose between the traditional dough and the turmeric dough or the dough more similar to the Roman pinsa with a mixture of flours, let Toni advise you. Excellent gourmet pizzas, at very honest prices. Try the Campana, exceptional. But beyond the pizzas, of which you will find a vast choice, let yourself be tempted by the tasty treats and the pasta omelettes. The fried calzones are also excellent, unsurpassed (in Pisa they had to call them panserotti). But at Tony's there is a secret that you must discover, an ace up the sleeve, try the desserts. Because that is not at all obvious. At Tony's, you can expect to find excellent pizza, but the secret you have to discover is that at Tony's there is a young and surprising pastry chef (I write it with a capital P because she deserves it) who complements him in his work and in life. Sono stato presso questa pizzeria in occasione di un pranzo di laurea in cui era stato organizzato un giro pizza, quindi ho avuto modo di assaggiarne diverse tipologie. Pizza molto buona sia dal punto di vista dell'impasto napoletano, con il tipico cornicione alto, che da quello delle materie prime (degna di nota quella con il pesto e le verdure miste). Le pizze oltre ad essere belle ricche e sazianti sono allo stesso tempo molto digeribili e non ne ho percepito la pesantezza nonostante ne abbia mangiati diversi spicchi. Consigliatissimo.

Posto incredibile dove siamo stati a cena con amici dottorandi. Tutto buono. Toni ci ha portato anche il tavolo dato che eravamo più del numero prenotato. Prezzi super onesti
