Very good dough. Bottled water. I recommend reviewing the cooking of the vegetables for the ortolana pizza: grilled eggplant without seasoning, roasted peppers without the skin and without seasoning... a bit crowded with long waits on a Saturday night.

Excellent gourmet pizza, friendly & efficient service and a bustling atmosphere until 11pm! It was recommended to us by a local in the city and we were not disappointed!

Very very tasty pizzas, thin, soft, juicy. The waiter is very nice, charismatic and jokes and sings :) The place is by the street, with heavy traffic, but the prices are lower than in the center. I highly recommend it :)

Excellent value for money. Slightly out of the way, so very quiet and pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is lightning fast!
I had a delicious Margherita pizza for just €6.50—it was simple yet amazing!
If you're passing through and want a great meal, you can go there without hesitation.

The place is small and cozy.
The pizza is one of the best in Pisa, in my opinion. The dough is light and easy to digest. They have a selection of quality craft beers that's definitely worth trying!

Fantastic experience!!!! The pizza is truly delicious, with high-quality ingredients. The service was excellent: friendly and attentive staff. Special mention goes to the menu, which is truly extensive and able to satisfy everyone's tastes. I will definitely be back!

I believe that when we're faced with the excellence of a product, many words are unnecessary. What can I say? My pizza was sublime, and yet it wasn't even a gourmet pizza. Well done, well done, well done....Super.
PS: The waiter, Enrico, is so friendly and polite that it's rare to find...
