We hadn't booked and were welcomed with great kindness and friendliness. The servers were very attentive and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, Fiorentina did not live up to expectations.

While vacationing for a few days near Lucca, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance: we couldn't have found a better place!! We went three nights in a row, and our biggest disappointment is that we live too far away to be able to return. The food is divine (even the gluten-free options), with fresh ingredients, simple yet meticulously prepared food, and the young, talented waiters. If you're in the area, go there; you won't be disappointed!

I'll start by saying I chose this place specifically for its gluten-free options. The tortelli lucchesi, gluten-free, were delicious (compared to other tortelli in the area). I also had high expectations for the parmigiana and chicken with potatoes, but I found them generally tasteless. The bread, also gluten-free, deserves a special mention. It's served warm in slices and is delicious. However, I must admit I was disappointed to notice the different treatment for some customers. Their cutlery was changed after each course and, overall, they were given more attention than us, who had to wait a long time between our first and second courses and asked twice for bread.

When we arrived, there was no one at the tables outside, which we found strange because it was a beautiful day with lovely weather. We decided to go in anyway because it had been recommended to us. It turns out the restaurant is huge inside, looks luxurious, and is very well decorated. The service was excellent; the waiters were young, attentive, and helpful. The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the prices were good. I was just surprised they didn't have tiramisu on the menu. I recommend this place.

Quite a touristy place, nothing special or even particularly good. Service is slow and confusing in the evening on the terrace. Where did the Michelin stars come from, I wonder if they were from the previous owner/restaurant, but this restaurant has been there for 30 years?! The pork was dry and the veal was tough and partly overcooked.

We wandered in by chance on a Sunday evening and were pleasantly surprised. The appetizer was "Alici alla povera" (Anchovies "Poor Man's" style), excellent! The tortelli with meat sauce were also excellent and truly delicious. The aromatic herb and citrus risotto was perhaps a little overcooked, but still good. For dessert, a creamy basil sauce with red berries and chocolate was interesting. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was very beautiful, but the acoustics weren't great.

Big fans of the restaurant and go there often. We were there Sunday May 10 for dinner, inside. We were seated next to a couple who had a lot to say about their meals. It was a complicated meat order, shared, and eventually not to their liking. The very good manager came to check that all was ok, they said Yes all good. They then turned on him when they finished the meal. The manager rightly said that they should have alerted him to a potential problem when asked, or even later, and he would have solved it. It was an unedifying situation for the Manager, who was excellent in his explanations to a very difficult customer. I am writing this in the hope that should this person complain in this or any other forum that there is very much another side to the story.

A restaurant I highly recommend. The dinner was excellent: Eggplant Parmesan - 5/5 Veal Loin - 5/5 Highly recommended!
