11/07/2025: We recently dined at Il Senseo Canto in the beautiful Roccatederighi. The location has a lot of potential thanks to the stunning view, but unfortunately, this was largely negated by a poorly maintained garden. The patio furniture also looked cheap, which detracted from the ambiance. The menu offered plenty of choice, but the appetizers were disappointing – they lacked finesse and weren't seasoned well. Our daughter's pizza was also undercooked. Fortunately, the main courses made up for this: they were flavorful and well-prepared. The desserts were also delicious and well-presented. The wine list was positive: the prices were reasonable and there was a nice selection. What struck us was the timing of the checkout. We paid cash and were asked if we wanted all our change back. Although I always tip, I felt this question was borderline and not entirely appropriate. All in all, the price-quality ratio was reasonable, but with a little more attention to detail and upkeep, this place could really be much more charming.

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. We needed a quick, light dinner before boarding the boat at the port, and we got exactly what we wanted! Fast and attentive service, delicious, authentic dishes, and great prices! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

01/09/2025: The pizzeria is located in a busy alleyway in Castellina. We stopped by spontaneously for dinner. The pizza arrived very quickly and was delicious. The staff was very attentive.

28/08/2025: We stayed for three nights for dinner and the service was very good and friendly, especially from the waiter Milko, a young guy but with very good customer service and a lot of sympathy, he made us come back for his friendly treatment and the detail of the last night was very special. 19/08/2025: This review only covers the ice cream parlor, the one we tried. The ice cream is average, nothing special. There are no special flavors. The price is high, requiring you to buy two flavors per cup/cone (€3). If you ask for a single-flavor ice cream for children, they turn up their noses and, a little annoyed, give you a cup with one (tiny) scoop for €2. I don't recommend it.

03/08/2025: Excellent, simple yet tasty first courses. Ravioli, tortellini, cavatelli, etc., all homemade. Very good prices. Rustic restaurant frequented by locals. It was recommended to us by the owner of the apartment they rented, and it was definitely worth it.

16/08/2025: Lovely pizzeria, located right in the main square of San Donato, serves delicious pizzas with made with a thin crust and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. The staff are very kind and patient, taking the time to explain the menu in detail. We enjoyed it so much that we came back twice during our holiday! Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: The worst pizza in my life. Actually, it's not pizza, but pita bread with filling. Dessert: we ordered tiramisu. They brought ice cream with tiramisu flavor. But we ordered dessert, not ice cream. On the good side: the location is beautiful

07/07/2025: My boyfriend is from Umbria and he says this pizza is true to the original! Maybe a little too thin for me, but still very good. There is always a good variety of choices.

24/05/2025: Courtesy and kindness.. you are/will be in the right place! Wonderful low and light pizza. Not much choice but I don't think it's necessary to have more, all the classic toppings are there! The only flaw, in my opinion, is the mix between those who stop in the restaurant and the take-out orders.. let's say that apparently they could do better! Waiting to have "another" slice of pizza that we are served all the take-out orders of the moment/time is not very nice. Anyway, Congratulations!👏👏

29/08/2025: We went to this place because of the positive reviews. The place is very nice, but otherwise, it's certainly not worth repeating. The service is very slow (the place wasn't even full), and it's not the waiters' fault, but rather the organization's fault... in fact, the waiters are very kind. After 50 minutes from ordering (just over an hour after we sat down), we had to ask for the appetizers. After finishing the appetizer, after another 40 minutes, we asked again for the main course. And then... after 2 hours, we left. Unbelievable waiting times... the dishes were good, but not excellent enough to justify the wait. I was expecting fresh products, but most of them had an asterisk... still good. The prices were medium-high... I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go back... they didn't even apologize for the wait, nor did they ask if everything was okay.

18/08/2025: Too long a wait... more than an hour for the pizza. No one at my table liked it.

16/08/2025: 15.08.2025 A wonderful place! Delicious pizza, great service, and desserts that are truly top-notch — all at very reasonable prices. Waiter speaks english, which is great! I had read some mixed comments beforehand and wasn’t sure if it was worth trying, but I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me. Everything turned out excellent, and I’ll definitely be back with friends in the next few days — I’ll update my review to see if it’s consistently this good, or if we just got lucky this time. P.S. Order whole pizzas instead of slices — it’s a much better deal.

03/08/2025: Courtesy and kindness. Excellent pizzas in all aspects. I would definitely recommend it to friends, relatives and acquaintances. In short, it is a place where the customer is pampered.

31/07/2025: We waited about an hour for the four takeout pizzas, given the large number of customers. The pizza isn't bad, but, as other users have said, it's more like a stuffed piadina than a traditional pizza. The staff is friendly.

19/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, really good value for money. My wife and I went there because we were craving fried food. They recommended the Elba-style fried fish and the fried seafood tips, which were simply perfect, excellent quality, not heavy, and cooked just right. We also had some desserts, which I didn't take pictures of: Mattonella ice cream with pine nuts and 🍋 sorbet, delicious. The terrace overlooking the harbor was anything but ordinary!!! Thank you so much, we'll be back!

23/07/2025: From the outside, it doesn't look very well-maintained, but once inside, I changed my mind. The apartment has been renovated with modern, yet mountain-style furnishings; it was very clean; the kitchen equipment was OK.

16/02/2025: Very beautiful structure, renovated and equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in an apartment with sauna and hydromassage, tastefully furnished and well heated. Friendly and readily available staff. The only flaw is the lack of napkins or placemats for any meals. For the rest really excellent value for money!
