The staff is very kind, the place is welcoming and the pizza is really good with a varied and well-balanced choice, light and tasty dough. One of my favorite places in Lucca❤️

come ogni sabato la pizza è dal ciaccia, impeccabile... personale troppo simpatico... facacce top e cecina con cipolle super buona ... bravissimi tuttiiii

Petite pizzeria trouvée par hasard mais alors des pizzas vraiment très très bonnes et généreuses. Il y a vraiment un savoir faire et la qualité des produits italien juste très goûteuse. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement.

Ottima pizza, sottile, ma l'impasto e gli ingredienti del condimento erano di prima categoria. Veloci e gentili, ho chiamato dalla stazione e nel tempo impiegato per arrivare a piedi (10 min) la pizza era pronta. Pizza Ciaccia consigliata!

02/04/2024: My experience with Pinseria Pilato was quite short like the Easter holidays in Lucca, unfortunately!! On the advice of our friends from Lucca, we ordered takeaway and I can say, in my opinion, that they were excellent, cooked very well and tasty seasoned!! There will certainly be another opportunity to return to Lucca and consume the delicious Pinsa on site!!
29/03/2024: The Pinsa is excellent and the beers are equally excellent. Fairly fast service with the few tables occupied, I couldn't say the same thing if there were more diners, considering the presence of only one "very nice" waitress. Atmosphere, nothing exceptional but after all come to eat not to watch. I advise
