16/05/2026: Fine and not expensive The decor is pleasantly timeless, just like the menu. Authentic dishes. Wine by the bottle, lots of choice but a somewhat pricey selection, so I went for the cheaper house wine at €7 for half a liter. Was okay. Nice cured meats, cheese, and Crostini platter. Guinea fowl with patates al forno. Unfortunately, the sauce on the scallopina al vino Bianco seemed a bit of a failure. Watery and lacking in wine flavor. The desserts, however, were fine, especially crema catalana and cantucci with vin santo. Not a 5 because of that wine sauce before the food. It got quite busy with two larger groups. All in all, a pleasant place and adequate service.

22/03/2026: We were there the other night, and the Neapolitan fritto misto was practically raw and undercooked (we told the waiter). The pizza was the same, undercooked and mushy... Obviously, they didn't take a cent off the bill... never mind. It's a shame because until last year, the food was really good!

06/05/2026: Based on the many positive reviews, we reserved a table to eat here. Initially, the ambiance and the young staff made a good impression. Unfortunately, this didn't last long. After ordering, we had to remind the restaurant manager after a good 20 minutes to at least bring our drinks. The appetizers and main courses were good and plentiful. However, as the number of guests increased, the waitresses became increasingly rushed, and the manager, unfortunately, became increasingly rude, which negatively impacted the entire atmosphere, in addition to the inappropriate background music. Overall, we can only give this restaurant 3 stars, also because the menu no longer matched the one online – a shame. However, anyone expecting solid Tuscan cuisine will still be well served here. We hope that our review will be taken as an encouragement for the young and dedicated team. Best regards.

16/05/2026: Fantastic Restaurant in Certaldo. The food was incredible. We had a Caprese salad. The Mozzarella and Tomatoes were delicious. Mains included the Cuttlefish Ravioli and Pici with Tomato and Garlic (which had this amazing sweetness). Both mains were top class. The restaurant was busy however that did not impact the service. Lots of vegetarian options. While we did not have the pizza, it looked delicious and large.

You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion for what they do. But what makes the experience even more special is the welcome: the lady at the counter is incredibly kind, with a smile that truly warms the heart and makes you feel right at home. I will definitely be back, both for the pizza and for the warm and sincere service. Highly recommended!

We see there are several free tables, but the welcome is terrible; they send us away, saying they're closed. Can they close at 9:30? Rude as hell.

My pizza tonight was damned perfection: thin crust, but also thick for those who prefer it, crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Every bite is an emotional journey: it makes you close your eyes, sigh with pleasure, and think, "This is why life is worth living." Top-notch ingredients, a wood-fired oven that adds that perfect smoky touch—standing ovations are in order! Yes, I've read (and shared) a few reviews complaining about the wait times, especially when it's busy (and it always is, because it's good!). But as a regular, I tell you: those 15-20 minutes are an absolute treat. You sit down, chat with friends or reflect on the day, savor the family atmosphere, and watch the pizza chefs at work with incredible dedication. They don't rush: they cook every pizza "to perfection," with obsessive care, because their true joy is seeing happy faces like mine at the end. It's pure satisfaction for the team—I can tell by the proud looks they give me every time they bring me a steaming plate. In a world of fast food, here the wait is the prelude to a genuine emotion. 12/04/2026: Beautiful pizzeria. I went with friends who had already been there and I was very happy. I think it's the only pizzeria that serves pizza by the kilo (per meter). There were 6 of us and we ordered 6 different flavors, so 2 kg of pizza so we could all try a different piece. There was so much that we couldn't finish it, but they give you a takeaway box so we don't waste food. The place is very welcoming, the staff is kind and smiling. The crocchè and pasta frittata are divine, delicious. The best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten in Versilia.
