As my compatriot Pellegrino would have stated in his famous 1891 manual, cooking is a mischievous activity, but when it is based on the wisdom of yeast, it can dispense a happiness that restores the spirit. The decor of the establishment is graceful and orderly, an environment where the good taste and meticulous hygiene of the baking trays immediately catch the eye of the most attentive diner. The young staff manage the service with commendable courtesy and promptness, welcoming each customer with a courtesy that recalls times gone by. The schiacciate, pizzas, and savory delicacies are superbly light, the result of masterful craftsmanship that does not in any way offend the delicate functions of the stomach. The pastry is fragrant and the toppings are impeccably fresh: even my trusty Marietta would have asked for the secret of such craftsmanship, capable of satisfying with substance without causing the nagging of late-night thirst. The price tag also faithfully adheres to the sound principles of household economy, proving to be a more than fair price and proportionate to the sublime quality lavished upon them. A true triumph for the Beautiful and the Good, deserving the most sincere applause and frequent returns for the comfort of the stomach. 02/06/2026: A beautiful place where we can eat pizza, fish, and meat. It's suitable for all tastes. We dined on the terrace veranda, which is very welcoming. Fast and impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff. We had very good gluten-free pizzas, with a soft dough, including the crust. I personally prefer a thin pizza, but it's still good. Excellent gluten-free draft beer. The restaurant is located on the first floor but accessible to all with an elevator. Dogs are welcome, and there's plenty of parking. Congratulations! Next time I want to try the fish because the aroma was amazing.

22/07/2026: How could we not give 5 stars...? We came as a family to enjoy these famous and delicious Neapolitan pizzas. This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotelier (fattoria) and we were blown away. The welcome was fantastic, with kindness and smiles... The pizzas were excellent, the desserts exceptional (the tiramisu was amazing), and the bill very reasonable. We will be back. Thank you.

30/10/2025: Discovered by chance, but what a find! The place is small but clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The food—in this case, pizza and Neapolitan pastiera—are exceptional. We'll be back for the traditional Neapolitan pasta dishes.

04/05/2026: The pasta is made with stone-ground flour and sourdough and is very digestible. Above you will find all the refined and quality things, to be clear, not the cooked ham made from the pressed shoulder but the good good one!!! 😋

22/03/2026: We tried Pizzeria Origano in Calenzano, ordering two takeout pizzas—a Margherita with artichokes and a Quattro Formaggi—and were truly impressed! The dough is simply among the best we've ever tasted: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible. You can immediately taste the quality, and every bite confirms the attention to detail. The ingredients are also top-notch, perfectly enhancing the final result. Both pizzas were exceptional, tasty, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Plus, the staff was very helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a pizzeria we'll return to often—highly recommended.

21/03/2026: Thank goodness this delightful little place exists in Calenzano! The round pizza is delicious, from the dough to the quality ingredients and the many flavors to choose from, along with many beautiful and delicious desserts. Plus, the girl at the cashier is incredibly kind, really nice and helpful—well done!!! I'll be back to try many more flavors of pizza, both round and sliced, and various desserts!

28/07/2026: One of the best pizzas I've had on my trip to Italy. Excellent flavor and reasonably priced (depending on the slice, and by Italian standards). They also had many varieties that were new to me. The ingredients were also of good quality.

31/05/2026: Good morning, I slept on it, but I couldn't help but write these feelings of mine. Last night, the two of me went to dinner at the local borghetto, a place I've been to before where I've had a great time. However, last night we opted for fish, and it was a disappointment. We had the "seafood fantasy" appetizer. I must say it was very imaginative, because the fish had run away!!! I wanted to burn and reheat a frozen meatball, a slofud, scallops made with lots of flour mixed together, and an anchovy in vinegar that I shouldn't eat. Finally, I found a hair that I reported, but they very casually ignored it. House wine, a first course, two desserts, and a coffee. A beautiful and dishonest sum of 95 euros without even mentioning the hair or how they had enjoyed the dinner. I must say, very disappointing.

27/05/2026: Good fish dishes and good pizzas at reasonable prices. The fish salad is delicious, as are the house wine and the tiramisu. The service is friendly and attentive. We've eaten there several times. Highly recommended.

22/06/2026: It's worth it just for the owners, all three of them very kind and smiling. The food is good, with a wide selection of vegetarian dishes, including homemade pasta. We only stopped for a sandwich for lunch, but their friendliness and hospitality made our day! 😊

04/07/2026: The value for money here is truly excellent! Not the best pizza I've ever eaten, but still a good one. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Furthermore, the pizzeria's location is very good (quiet). We'll definitely be back.

07/06/2026: The restaurant was a direct recommendation from our holiday apartment, and we were very impressed. We booked online and received a 20% discount on the cover charge and the meal. Even without this discount, I would recommend the restaurant, as the food was excellent and the place wasn't too crowded. Here you can experience authentic Tuscan cuisine for a fair price, and the hosts were very friendly and patient with us. We give it 5/5 stars and highly recommend it.

04/05/2026: The rooms need updating, but they're VERY clean, so the three stars are only because they need renovations. However, for the price, you can't expect more. The restaurant is excellent.
