03/04/2026: Very welcoming restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious; my boyfriend and I had an appetizer, two pizzas, fries, and two desserts. The pizza was light, tasty, and easy to digest. The staff was super helpful and quick; the owner and his colleagues gave us tips on places to visit. I highly recommend it ❤️

06/03/2026: A small neighborhood pizzeria, a bit run-down but very successful. It's definitely a go-to place for anyone craving a good pizza at a good price (hopefully it lasts), and even eating it there has its place if you don't feel like taking it home and eating it cold in the box. The guys are friendly, we all know each other, even if we don't call each other by name; the pizza chef, who hasn't laughed since '86, is a working machine (!) and has a happy hand because he's pretty good. It works! That's what matters.

07/05/2026: We came to this restaurant without high expectations and were truly more than pleasantly surprised in every way. From the very first glance, it was clear how much effort and passion had gone into it. The ambiance is beautifully decorated, very cozy yet stylish, making you feel instantly at ease. It's rare to find a restaurant where everything just works so perfectly. For our starter, we shared the octopus salad. It was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and superbly prepared. You could immediately tell that they use high-quality ingredients and place great emphasis on flavor. For our main courses, we had the gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce and the seafood spaghetti carbonara. Both dishes were absolutely fantastic. The gnocchi were wonderfully soft, and the sauce was deliciously creamy with just the right amount of richness. The seafood spaghetti carbonara was simply incredible and definitely one of the best pasta dishes we've had in a long time. We would also like to give special mention to the service. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You could really tell that they enjoyed their work and were dedicated to making the evening perfect for their guests. This positive atmosphere permeated the entire restaurant and made the visit even more special. All in all, it was a truly perfect evening. From the food to the service to the ambiance, everything was just right. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. A well-deserved five stars! Grazie!

31/01/2026: Really good pizza. 😋😋 We also had the fried pizza 😋 for an appetizer and a fantastic baba 🤤 to finish the meal. I highly recommend it. As a Prato native, I have to admit I'd never been here, and I'm sorry. I'll definitely make up for lost time. Very informal atmosphere. The dining areas are separate from the main office. There's no cover charge because everything is disposable. Only two tips: make sure there's a supply of paper napkins in the dining areas and perhaps find a pre-heated area. 02/04/2026: As a regular at Pizzeria Cotta a Puntino, I returned tonight for the umpteenth time... and every visit is an experience that goes beyond the simple meal. Pizza here isn't just food: it's an explosion of flavors that hits you in the stomach and goes straight to your heart. My pizza tonight was damned perfection: thin crust, but also thick for those who prefer it, crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Every bite is an emotional journey: it makes you close your eyes, sigh with pleasure, and think, "This is why life is worth living." Top-notch ingredients, a wood-fired oven that adds that perfect smoky touch—standing ovations are in order! Yes, I've read (and shared) a few reviews complaining about the wait times, especially when it's busy (and it always is, because it's good!). But as a regular, I tell you: those 15-20 minutes are an absolute treat. You sit down, chat with friends or reflect on the day, savor the family atmosphere, and watch the pizza chefs at work with incredible dedication. They don't rush: they cook every pizza "to perfection," with obsessive care, because their true joy is seeing happy faces like mine at the end. It's pure satisfaction for the team—I can tell by the proud looks they give me every time they bring me a steaming plate. In a world of fast food, here the wait is the prelude to a genuine emotion. I'll be back soon, as always. If you're looking for pizza that excites, Cotta a Puntino is the place. Highly recommended for everyone!

05/04/2026: It deserves five stars. It was recommended to us and it was the right choice! We had a Tuscan platter with cured meats, cheeses, crostini, and acqua cotta (so good!), truly excellent. But the pizza was fantastic! I had cacio e pepe; my husband had four cheeses with anchovies and onions. Despite the ingredients we chose, the pizza was light, digestible, and very tasty 😋 our daughter ordered a kids' menu. Two desserts, vin santo, and coffee were really cheap. We recommend it to everyone!

24/11/2025: Run by a friendly and welcoming young team, this pizzeria and restaurant offers a modern and clean space with a wide selection of gins and cocktails. The pizza is very interesting, and there's an excellent selection of seafood dishes and business lunches. Highly recommended!

10/04/2026: We spent a night at the restaurant and came with our camper through AgriCamper. Honestly, we were very happy with both the food and the service. Since we were traveling with our two-and-a-half-year-old baby, we really appreciated that they served her first. Contrary to what some Americans have mentioned here, for us that was great, especially since we didn’t even ask for it. It was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our experience. The service was consistently excellent, and the food was delicious, extremely delicious. I highly recommend the pasta, especially the seafood spaghetti. I enjoyed every single bite. Bravo to the chef. Another thing we loved and highly recommend is ordering a local digestive at the end of the meal. We found out it’s made by the father of the owner or manager, who only speaks Italian. It’s definitely worth trying after dinner. It’s a shame we couldn’t buy a bottle since they only have large ones for the restaurant, but it was incredibly good. 100% recommended.
