30/04/2026: I love this place—the simple, welcoming setting, the incredibly kind staff, and the excellent pizza. I went on Sunday with my boyfriend, and the gentleman who served us was incredibly nice. I had the chance to try both the pizza and the pizzone, and of the two, I recommend the pizzone to share. You can choose up to three flavors, and it's perfect for two people. Thanks so much, guys!

01/05/2026: Rustic setting in the Florentine hinterland. Well-crafted home cooking, varied dishes, and generous portions. The wait times are a bit long, but more than anything, they're uneven: appetizers and first courses are very quick, but then there's a long wait for main courses and side dishes. Otherwise, the staff is courteous and very friendly, and deserves a special mention.

08/12/2025: I asked my neighbors in San Concordio where they like to get a pizza and it's easy to see why they told me to go to here.
This is a classic, proper place to get pizza in Lucca. It's not Napoletano-style pizza, but a more proper local/Tuscan style. It's delicious and priced extremely well.
I recommend only getting the larger pizza if you're going to split it with someone. Otherwise, the smaller size is great for an individual. They also have slices if that's all you need or if you want to try a couple different types!
Expect a 10 to 15 minute wait for the pizza to be cooked.

The pizza is simply exceptional: the stuffed pizza in particular is truly extraordinary, rich in flavor and prepared with great care. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion for what they do.
But what makes the experience even more special is the welcome: the lady at the counter is incredibly kind, with a smile that truly warms the heart and makes you feel right at home.
I will definitely be back, both for the pizza and for the warm and sincere service. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of trying this pizzeria's pizza thanks to Too Good To Go, and the experience was truly amazing in every way.
The quality of the dough is the first thing that strikes you: light, well-leavened, with a structure that remains crispy on the outside but soft and fragrant on the inside. Even after transportation, the pizza maintains an excellent consistency, a clear sign of careful preparation and precise management of temperature and cooking.
The ingredients are fresh and well-balanced. There's no excess, no confusion: each element has its place and its role. The tomato is flavorful but not acidic, the mozzarella is well-measured and stringy, while the toppings add character without overpowering the pizza's basic flavor.
One aspect that deserves special mention is the feeling of "artisanal care." Despite this being a takeout service through Too Good To Go, the perceived quality is that of a pizza served at your table, made with care and respect for the product.
It's one of those experiences that shows how even "anti-waste" service can transform into an opportunity to discover a serious, consistent place capable of maintaining high standards even outside of traditional service.
Personally, it was a pleasant surprise, and I'll definitely be back, this time to try it on-site.

Then he came out again and said one of the ingredients for the caffè corretto wasn't there. I should also mention that they had a maximum of 5 other customers inside.

Pizza here isn't just food: it's an explosion of flavors that hits you in the stomach and goes straight to your heart. My pizza tonight was damned perfection: thin crust, but also thick for those who prefer it, crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Every bite is an emotional journey: it makes you close your eyes, sigh with pleasure, and think, "This is why life is worth living." Top-notch ingredients, a wood-fired oven that adds that perfect smoky touch—standing ovations are in order!
Yes, I've read (and shared) a few reviews complaining about the wait times, especially when it's busy (and it always is, because it's good!). But as a regular, I tell you: those 15-20 minutes are an absolute treat. You sit down, chat with friends or reflect on the day, savor the family atmosphere, and watch the pizza chefs at work with incredible dedication. They don't rush: they cook every pizza "to perfection," with obsessive care, because their true joy is seeing happy faces like mine at the end. It's pure satisfaction for the team—I can tell by the proud looks they give me every time they bring me a steaming plate. In a world of fast food, here the wait is the prelude to a genuine emotion.
