05/11/2024: I went there, with a reservation with The Fork, with a 50% discount, drinks and cover charge excluded. Excellent pizza, wide choice of flavors, very nice staff. At a certain time the music starts so you can dance, but when you've finished talking, you can't hear anything anymore. All in all we liked it

06/12/2024: I went to this pizzeria with eight friends. Six of these ordered pizza, myself and another person the first. The first courses arrived much later than the pizzas, even though the place was not full. But this wouldn't have been a problem, if it weren't for the fact that my plate of Fujen Fujen, price €14, came with 5 mussels and 4 clams including the shells placed on top of some sad, whitish and dry scialatielli, with a VERY SALTY tomato base and the only thing I managed to eat was seafood. The service was very absent, in fact I was only able to report this at the end of the dinner and I was told that if I had said it before (!), they would have remade my plate. At the time of payment, despite having repeated that the first course had not been eaten because it was very salty, it was not taken off the bill, as everyone expected. There is nothing else to say.

10/10/2024: The Napoli pizza I got was too thin for me but then full of capers, it took me ten minutes to remove at least half of them.

And to finish, the calzone with cream of Sublime hazelnut... Excellent choice of beers. Nice and friendly staff. Everything perfect! Well done

23/12/2024: One of the worst margherita pizzas I've ever eaten! I came there because it was so praised by the locals, but upon entering I found myself in a deliberately modern environment that totally clashes with the place in the mountains... basically it's a room in a house in a hamlet of Santa Fiora. Paying over €30 for 2 pizzas and 1 water seems exaggerated, especially since, at least for my pizza, it was burnt and made in a hurry, full of oil and very little burnt mozzarella. Honestly, a deep disappointment. At least the staff is very friendly. Comunale I won't go back there again.

09/11/2024: Dinner with friends with a varied menu. Everything really excellent. Pizza, appetizers, second courses. Very courteous and helpful staff. Pleasant environment. Prices are average. Absolutely worth trying! ❤️

19/11/2024: We had lunch - food was fine but not what we expected - starters where good but “Roast pork with potatoes “ came as cold cuts with cabbage salad. Tasted fine but being English was not what we expected - really must get more of an explanation in future. Staff were great and the Blue berry tart went down very well.

10/10/2024: A nice restaurant in Gaiole and the only place where you can find pizza. You can choose from many pizzas and even three different doughs. The service is kind. But it can be difficult to find celiac-friendly meals - but we'll be back next year during Eroica for the pizza.

29/11/2024: Proprietarie maleducate, supponenti, non hanno idea di come trattare la clientela, non adatte per la gestione di un locale, sopratutto perché le critiche ci stanno. Ribattere a clienti che si lamentano solo perché si pensa che siamo perfette non funziona, sopratutto se non lo siamo. Locale sporco e poca attenzione all'igiene.
