Lastresa was a great find, it’s situated on one of the back streets of Stresa and has a more relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was sweet and professional.
We were fortunate to be seated without reservations as we were at the door when they opened, but reservations are adviced in this busy, charming, resort town.
We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant in Stresa, Italy!

Excellent, high-quality food that's not precooked. Attentive and welcoming staff. The owner, Debora, is very kind and knowledgeable. We had a truly enjoyable Easter lunch 🤩

We returned to this restaurant after a couple of years, and it didn't disappoint. The dishes we selected were all delicious and carefully prepared, with appropriate portions and quality ingredients.
The place is quiet and the service is friendly.
It's just a shame the prices are a bit high...
€4 for a cover charge, €4 for a 75cl bottle of water, and €3 for a coffee seem a bit excessive.

We couldn't have asked for a better end-of-year dinner. The service was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The dishes were perfectly presented and excellent in flavor and combinations. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with some background music. We were able to choose our own pace for the various courses and were able to wait at the table until midnight, greeted with a glass of wine to toast and a taste of cotechino with lentils. What can I say...let's toast to you, thank you for a wonderful evening!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and they found us a table right away, even though it was almost full. Everything was delicious, and the dishes were very well prepared. Excellent wine list with a wide selection. Very intimate atmosphere, and perfect service!

Delicious, delightful. It was a dreary, rainy afternoon and the restaurant was a good respite from the weather. My husband had the venison ragú over tagliatelle with a blueberry sauce. I had the sea bass with potatoes. Both were delicious. We started with a pumpkin flan which we would recommend. The wait staff were attentive, engaging and put up with our poor attempts at Italian. It was a wonderful afternoon.
