22/01/2024: The food here is really very special. The location on the gorge is magnificent, and the restaurant itself is also very atmospheric. The menu is clear, the dishes are special and very carefully prepared. I invited guests for my birthday and was very happy with the evening. The wine list also offers a great selection; compared to nearby Locarno, the food and drink here are extremely affordable.

Good home cooking food, I was there for lunch and they have an excellent formula for the work menu. Generous portions and good food. Recommended for a good lunch... With the expectation of good home cooking.

I start with the waitress Cinzia, who welcomed us a fairy tale, attentive to the customer's needs, excellent food advisor, in fact thanks to her we enjoyed a truly excellent dessert and liqueur. The food was very good with perfect cooking. The owners are also lovely people, you can see that they care about giving the best to the customer. To return. I recommend everyone to go there, you will leave satisfied

07/04/2024: Perfect place.. if you want to leave poor and with the same hunger as when you entered. You may like the dishes even if they seemed more fakely refined than anything else... the quantities are those for tasting (do you remember the Checco Zalone of "it's cooked: you can drain it"? Here...), the prices make you think of being finished by Cracco! High-class restaurant environment (starched napkins and staff shirts; soft lights; low background music) which also goes poorly with the context - of the tourist town and the dishes that arrive at the table. Probably the worst place you can find in Stresa. Certainly the most expensive. Without any reason to be.

05/03/2024: Finalmente un posto di livello a Verbania! Ci vengo per lavoro e ho sempre trovato, anche per sfortuna credo e spero, maleducazione, incompetenza e prezzi esorbitanti. Questo posticino è proprio carino! Buon cibo, cibo sano e gustoso, proposte anche vegetariane e vegane con porzioni abbondanti. La filosofia del locale è un upgrade! 04/04/2024: I booked a table online, and got both an email notification and whatsapp confirmation. We arrived with welcoming smiles and great music that made me want to sing-along, but I refrained as to not embarrass my kids. I ordered the Taglierone which was more than enough for the two of us who were sharing it. The tastes were super, and the kind service offered to wrap the rest up for us to take home. There is also a kids menu that is offered. Upon leaving, my daughter got on the free wifi and we won a free dessert! Since we had already ordered dessert, the cost of it was deducted from the bill. We were kind of flustered upon leaving, and I regret that I didn’t leave a tip because I had no cash with me. I will surely be back!
