Delicious meal, both main course and dessert

We’ve been there twice during our stay in Alberobello and these were super tasty dinners, with very friendly staff. I definitely recommend to make a reservation earlier, because the restaurant is almost always full.

The highest level of Italian culinary craftsmanship. It was a true gastronomic journey — from the waiter describing the daily specials with great care, through watching our dishes being prepared right before our eyes, to tasting and savoring them. The flavors, composition, and freshness of the ingredients exceeded our wildest expectations. It was a feast. The pleasure of experiencing these dishes, the service, and the chef, elevated us to a whole new level of luxury and enjoyment. The finishing touch was an extra portion offered by the chef himself. Authentic, very friendly staff and homemade food in a super cozy place with an open kitchen

How often can you converse with a chef through-out your meal? Never I say! The set-up has it that the chef is with you in his open- air kitchen counter! What a great family friendly, authentic, delicious cuisine! We so lucked out on this one especially since we were travelling off season (Jan 2026)...Puglia has the BEST Italian cuisine and the friendliest service oriented people! Grazie for such a memorable lunch and great conversation!

Here I truly understood why Italian cuisine is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Authentic flavors, attention to detail, and an experience that goes beyond simply eating.

De service was very good. Food amazing. You can literally see your food cooked right in front of you, plated and served. Highly suggest this location. Making a reservation in advance is highly recommended.

That was an experience, it was simply perfect!

What I loved most was the kitchen and the chef being in full view of everyone, watching him work. The place is small, beautiful, and cozy! We ordered the tasting menu and it was incredible; everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and the pasticciotto cake for dessert was spectacular! Thank you, highly recommended.
