28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant for food, location, and always attentive managers who unfortunately are finishing their careers today and will enjoy a well-deserved retirement.

28/09/2025: We only used the restaurant, once stopping just for pizza and a second time also sampling dishes from the kitchen. In both cases, we left satisfied, but if we had to recommend anything, we'd suggest the pizza.

18/09/2025: A fine restaurant with an eye for detail. The food is well-prepared, and the service is impeccable. However, with its Michelin-starred restaurant, it's not suitable for those on a tight budget. Booking ahead is recommended.

17/09/2025: I am used to good restaurants and am relatively demanding. But here, I am amazed by so much mastery. Whether in the kitchen, the service and the atmosphere in general, nothing is left out at Hazard. I have never eaten gnocchi and a fillet of beef (ceps) so well prepared and so good. Even more surprising is the price which is very affordable in any case for the quality offered. I only have one word to say: bravo to you and congratulations. Remember to book, they are victims of their success.

27/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Crodo. Not too large, the rooms are well and tastefully decorated. It has an outdoor terrace, which is also not very large, but comfortable for its tables. Free, large parking is available just a few meters away. Reservations are recommended in summer. It's not open every day. In August, it's closed on Mondays. Open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays year-round. A good selection of wines—not too many, but refined—are many local, from Ossola and the surrounding area. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers a good variety. The dishes are excellent. The meat tartare and fish dishes are truly delicious. It's remarkable that some of the menu's dishes are revisited with the chef's ideas, and I'd say the results are excellent. If you're looking for a restaurant in the area for a unique, elegant, and delicious dinner, this is the place to go. The owners are very kind and helpful; the service isn't particularly fast, nor slow, but it's worth the wait. The prices are reasonable for the location, the service, and the quality. We'll definitely be back.

07/10/2025: Lunch here is always superb! Excellent ingredients, extraordinary flavors. Simple but spotlessly clean location, super friendly service, and...you feel pampered and at home! I recommend it a thousand percent; try it and you'll see you'll come back again and again! The fixed menu varies throughout the week with a great selection. We recommend calling to secure your spot. 21/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant, fantastic staff, and delicious food. As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by the scent of home. Traditional dishes, MADE WELL! The service was like that of a luxury restaurant; the waitress was meticulous and attentive to each table. For example, one napkin was stained with wine, and she promptly brought a clean one without asking. The owners were fantastic and sweet! It was a wonderful discovery, and I'll gladly return! Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful and delicious lunch.

15/10/2025: We had dinner and had a truly wonderful time with all the courses...the carbonara was an A+ and the sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms was spectacular, not to mention the homemade desserts. I tried the tiramisu, it was amazing! It was all accompanied by an excellent Cannonau wine, excellent value for money. To finish, we drank local gentian, which is very rare to find, and the myrtle too...the owners were very kind, friendly, and welcoming.

14/09/2025: As a true Piedmontese who has lived in Spain for 13 years, every time I return "home" I miss the food of our region. I've tried many restaurants, but this is truly one of the best: authentic home cooking, with a chef who pours all his passion into every dish. I was with a group of friends, eight of us, and we went on a true journey of flavors: from the first course to the second course, all the way to the desserts. Generous portions, top quality, and a care evident in every detail. An experience I highly recommend to anyone who loves good Piedmontese cuisine.

10/10/2025: I'll start by saying that it was recommended to me by locals, so despite the high but mixed reviews, I decided to try this Osteria. The road to get there, in my opinion, is accessible and typical, but only if you have no particular driving difficulties. We're not in the plains, so it's typical mountain roads, weather-beaten... but they're easily passable. If you have trouble parking in Milan, leave your car on the main road and take a walk that won't ruin your appetite. As for the restaurant itself, I'd say it's worth a visit; it's very characteristic and offers a truly evocative view. Personally, I think the location is worth the effort. As for lunch, I have to say I enjoyed it; the dishes were good and the portions were normal, except for the platters, which I found a bit on the small side. Sometimes tastes can confuse the perception of flavors. I found the first courses to be very light and delicate; I personally had the linguine with porcini mushrooms, and I usually find more bold flavors. For the platters, I think it's different... the cured meats were good, as were the jams, but the portions were very small. The dessert was good, but described differently than it was when it arrived. There was ice cream, but it wasn't mentioned. It didn't detract from its deliciousness; in fact, being an apple tart, it paired perfectly. Sometimes, however, different expectations can be confusing and risk disappointing. I would return, for the location—certainly, it's best if it's a nice day, but it's still beautiful regardless—to better understand the flavors and dishes. Sometimes in certain places, you expect strong, bold flavors, while here everything is very delicate. Worth a try...
