14/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at this kebab bar. We came in because we just wanted something to eat, but the staff began to insist on making us pizzas in an unprofessional manner. The situation then escalated when a staff member made very vulgar personal insults toward us—he made sexual comments about us and mocked us, even insulting us in Arabic. All of this made us feel harassed and humiliated, even though we hadn't caused any problems. We even asked for glasses and were given dirty ones.

04/10/2025: The falafel wrap is delicious, and the guys are really nice!

19/10/2025: I rated this location as 3 stars for several reasons. First, we reserved a table on their website which was easy and worked well, but once we go up to the restaurant parking was nearly impossible. One of the waitresses had to let me park behind her car otherwise there were no other parking available. Once in the restaurant it is nice and clean. They charge you 1,50€ per person bread and service according to information on their menu, however we received no bread and service was limited. As for the food it was nothing special. I had the lasagna with sausage and afterwards my stomach was not well. My wife had an appetizer which she said was okay, nothing special. Our son had the noodles with ragou and it was quite small being an adult portion. Our daughter had the kids schnitzel and that was probably the largest meal on the table. The pictures I posted are deceiving due to how close i held the camera. At the end of our meal we spent nearly 80€. Being that we had far superior meals at other restaurants in the area where we are staying and paid about the same, this was extremely disappointing for the price and the effort to get here.

12/10/2025: Very friendly staff, cold place but the two stars are due to the price. You can't pay 90 euros for two people for a lunch menu, an appetizer, cold cuts and cheeses with supermarket food. Two slices of pork, a glass of wine, a beer and tap water. It's too expensive and cannot be justified. We won't go there again. It's a shame.

30/01/2026: The place is a bit retro. Honest.

01/01/2026: The price was exorbitantly high for a dinner marked by extremely slow and exhausting pace that made the meal annoying: after a wait of a good 40 minutes, the pizzas arrived, except for two that arrived a full half hour later, after everyone else had finished. I wouldn't go back.

20/08/2025: The food tastes very good, but the portions of the pasta dishes are very small. Absolutely not enough for an adult. Hence, unfortunately, only 3 stars.

09/11/2025: The atmosphere is appropriately informal, in a classic club style, warm and welcoming, with a clean and well-maintained dining area. The food and pizza are excellent, and the value for money is excellent. Thanks to Giovanni for the delicious desserts and his hospitality.

21/08/2025: The food was good, from pizza, fried calamari and octopus to sushi. The staff was friendly and nice!

25/02/2026: The spaghetti alla chitarra with clams was delicious and plentiful. I recommend it. The meat served to the next table was excellent. The pizza wasn't as inviting. The waiter was young and very friendly. The wait was short, considering we arrived on a Saturday around 10:00 PM. It's right in the historic center of Domodossola, which is very beautiful, unlike the outskirts. I recommend visiting at night.

16/02/2026: We dined as a couple, and the prices were excessive for both quantity and quality. The Ossola appetizer was good, but at €19.50 it's overpriced and barely enough for two people. They "offer" you a schiacciatina (flatbread) to accompany the platter, but then you end up with a €5 bill for it. The red wine in bulk wasn't bad, but it's worth it. The portions were adequate, but they didn't meet expectations given the price.

06/12/2025: The 24-hour automatic teller machine is always out of order, and for a few days now, it hasn't even accepted credit cards. Completely abandoned.

28/07/2025: Prices on average more convenient than other distributors.

31/01/2026: Polenta and sausage, polenta and braised beef, and lamb chops, all beautifully cooked and accompanied by a delicious plate of grilled vegetables! We had a great time, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. I recommend it.

28/12/2025: Excellent service, nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, it's clear that their pizza chef isn't keen on making pizzas. He made us two completely different pizzas from what we ordered, and when the waitress asked him to remake the pizzas as he was leaving (angrily), his response was "I'm out of dough." Nothing, we were speechless at his reaction. In conclusion, we ate one pizza between us.

23/02/2026: Worst service in Ticino. Unfriendly and unenthusiastic.

22/02/2026: We politely asked, even before we started, if we could change tables because, being near the door, the air was freezing. But, even though there was a free table near us, they said they didn't have time... what does it take to move two people? Absurd. We waited over an hour for a risotto with perch, and then an overcooked white risotto with a tiny piece of perch in the center arrived. We ordered a draft beer, and after a quarter of an hour they told us they were sold out.
